His expertise in property management is further highlighted by his experience as a Leasing Agent and Delinquency Manager at Campus Crest Inc. In the realm of public service, Manning has been a committed Councilmember and President of the Miami County Council. Currently, he represents District 23 as a State Representative in the Indiana House of Representatives, while also managing operations as Co-Owner of Manning Cattle Company.
