Denise Ilitch is an accomplished American businesswoman and lawyer, known for her influential role in the Detroit area. She is a member of the Democratic Party and serves as a Regent at the University of Michigan. Her extensive career includes serving as President of Ilitch Enterprises, LLC, where she has been involved in various business ventures. In addition to her corporate roles, Ilitch is the Owner and Designer at Denise Ilitch Designs and the Owner and Publisher of Ambassador Magazine. She also hosts a podcast, "The Denise Ilitch Show," showcasing her diverse interests and talents. In 2010, Denise was considered a potential Democratic candidate for Governor of Michigan after consultations with the White House, but she ultimately chose not to run.
