Dawn Ortiz-Legg is a dedicated public servant and accomplished professional with a robust background in both public policy and the energy sector. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication from Pepperdine University and a Master's in International Public Policy, Science & Technology/Foreign Policy/Diplomacy from Johns Hopkins University. Her career spans various roles, including serving as a County Supervisor for San Luis Obispo County. Dawn has worked as a Trade and Regulatory Compliance Specialist Consultant and as an EPC Construction Liaison/Public Affairs Specialist at First Solar. She also served as the North American Sales & Marketing Manager at P-tec Corporation and worked in Project Development & Asset Management at First Solar. Additionally, she has been an Enterprise Energy Liaison at Pacific Gas and Electric Company.
