David Eugene Joyner is an American actor and attorney known for his iconic portrayal of Barney the Dinosaur from 1991 to 2001, and again in 2022. He gained widespread recognition for his role in "Barney & Friends" and its predecessor "Barney & the Backyard Gang." Joyner's television career also includes playing the title character in the children's series "Hip Hop Harry."
