Donelson has served in various capacities, demonstrating a commitment to community and health. His career includes roles as a Wilderness Guard at the Bob Marshall Wilderness Center, where he developed a deep appreciation for environmental conservation, and as the Director of the Men's Health Center, where he focused on improving community health outcomes. Currently, he serves as a Councilmember for District 1 on the Colorado Springs City Council, advocating for his constituents and working to enhance local governance.
