Daniel R. Carey is a dedicated public servant with a strong educational background and extensive experience in law and community service. He graduated from Easthampton High School and went on to earn a Bachelor's degree from Emmanuel College. He furthered his education with a Juris Doctor from Western New England University School of Law. Carey has served in various capacities, including as a paraprofessional at White Brook Middle School and as an At-Large Council Member for the Town of Easthampton. He also contributed to the Easthampton School Committee. In his legal career, Carey has worked as an Assistant District Attorney and served as the Drug Diversion & Treatment Program Director at the Northwestern District Attorney’s Office. Currently, he represents his community in the Massachusetts House of Representatives.
