Dan Quart is an American lawyer and politician known for his service as a member of the New York State Assembly, representing District 73, which encompasses parts of the Upper East Side and Midtown East in Manhattan, New York City. He was elected in a special election in 2011 following the resignation of Jonathan Bing. Quart is a member of the Democratic Party and announced on December 23, 2021, that he would step down at the end of his term. He holds a Juris Doctor from St. John’s University and a Bachelor's degree from Binghamton University.
