The Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Nación, or the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, is the highest court of law in the Argentine Republic. It is responsible for resolving legal disputes, interpreting the constitution, and safeguarding the rights and liberties of Argentine citizens. The court consists of five justices appointed by the President with approval from the Senate. As the final arbiter of the law, the Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Nación ensures the consistent application of legal principles throughout Argentina.
