Clarence Lam is a distinguished public servant and healthcare professional with a strong academic background. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Biology from Case Western Reserve University, an MD from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, and a Master's in Public Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. His career spans various influential roles, including serving on Congressman Henry Waxman’s Oversight and Government Reform Committee, and as a Delegate for Maryland's 12th District in the House of Delegates. Dr. Lam has also contributed to the Maryland Commission on Asian American Affairs and the Spending Affordability Committee. He is a Program Director and teacher at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and a physician affiliated with Johns Hopkins. Additionally, he has been active with the Howard County Democratic Central Committee.
