Cindy Allen is a seasoned public servant and business professional known for her diverse career spanning law enforcement, business development, and public service. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, an Associate's degree in General Education with a focus on Police Science from Golden West College, and a Master's degree in Public Administration from California State University-Long Beach. Allen has served as a councilmember for District 2 on the Long Beach City Council. Her extensive professional experience includes roles such as West Coast Sales at DSD Communications, owner of Money Mailer, business development at Vendi Corporation, key account representative at ADVO, national sales representative at Cox Target Media, and president at ETA Agency. She also served as a detective with the Long Beach Police Department.
