Charles Joseph Fleischmann is an American attorney and politician who has served as the U.S. Representative for Tennessee's 3rd congressional district since 2011. The district encompasses a large portion of East Tennessee, including Chattanooga and Oak Ridge. Fleischmann is a member of the Republican Party. He holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee.
