Carol Dalby is an American politician serving as the representative for the 100th District in the Arkansas House of Representatives, which covers the Texarkana area, since 2017. A member of the Republican Party, Dalby has extensive experience in both law and education. Her academic achievements include a Bachelor's in English from Ouachita Baptist University, a JD from the University of Arkansas, and a Master's from Texas A&M University. Dalby began her career as a teacher at the Texarkana Arkansas School District and later practiced law as an attorney. Her leadership roles have included serving as President of the Junior League of Texarkana and Opportunities Inc., as well as a District Judge in Miller County and a Special Justice at the Arkansas Supreme Court.
