MacDonald's career includes serving as Assistant Chief of Police at the Oxnard Police Department, where he honed his leadership and community engagement skills. In addition to his law enforcement experience, he is a former Councilmember for District 4 on the Oxnard City Council, demonstrating his commitment to local government and public policy. MacDonald also shares his expertise as an Adjunct Professor at Ventura College, contributing to the educational growth of future leaders.
