Berny Jacques is a dedicated public servant and legal professional with a strong background in history, political studies, and law. He earned his Bachelor's degree in History and Political Studies from Washington Adventist University and later received a Juris Doctor from Stetson Law School. Berny is currently serving as the State Representative for District 59 in the Florida House of Representatives. Beyond his legislative work, he has contributed his expertise as a Political Analyst at Bay News 9, provided leadership as the Senior Director of Partnerships at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay, and practiced law as an Associate Attorney at Berkowitz & Myer. Berny Jacques brings a wealth of experience and dedication to his roles in service of the community.
