Atlanta Braves

The Atlanta Braves are a professional baseball team based in Atlanta, Georgia. Renowned as one of the oldest continuously operating professional sports franchises in America, the team competes in Major League Baseball (MLB) as a member of the National League (NL) East division. The Braves originated in 1871 in Boston before moving to Milwaukee in 1953 and eventually settling in Atlanta in 1966. The team has had a successful history, including several championship wins. The Braves' accomplishments include an unprecedented streak of division titles won from 1991 to 2005, and notable players such as Hank Aaron, Greg Maddux, and Chipper Jones have worn their uniform. Their home games are played at the Truist Park.
