Alicia Jayne Rule is an influential American politician and member of the Democratic Party. Elected in 2020, she represents the 42nd legislative district in the Washington House of Representatives, assuming office on January 11, 2021. Alicia holds a Bachelor's degree in American Ethnic Studies and Psychology from the University of Washington and a Master's degree in Social Work from San Diego State University. Her career spans various roles, including School Social Worker at Coronado School District, Program Manager at Prospect Hospice and Home Health, and Manager/Trainer at San Diego County Health and Human Services. She has also served as a Councilmember in Blaine City and operates her own business, Rule and Associates, where she works as a psychotherapist.
