He earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy and a Master's degree in Global Leadership from the University of San Diego. Holmes has served as the State Representative for District 97 in the Ohio House of Representatives, where he works to address the needs of his constituents and improve state policies. Prior to his role in the Ohio House, he was the CEO of Frueh Enterprises, where he demonstrated significant business acumen. Additionally, Holmes served as Chief of Staff for the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing in the U.S. Marine Corps, highlighting his commitment to leadership and service.
