PETITION TO: Monroe County Legislature

We, the undersigned residents of Monroe County, New York, call on the County Legislature to create jobs, generate beneficial soil additives, and reduce our reliance on other counties by building several composting facilities within the county so that businesses may comply with the NYS Food Donation and Food Scraps Recycling law.
