Have you ever thought to yourself, "I wish there was a natural medicine, something without all the harsh chemicals and horrible withdrawls". Well how more natural can you get then a plant that grows straight out of the ground? You pick your own medicine straight off the plant. Something you grew, no chemicals added, no harsh "zombifying" effects. Not only can it be a medicinal benefit, but also put more jobs out there for our fellow citizens that are looking at a "dead end" in this economy. Legalizing marijuana would be the smartest thing Maryland could ever do. It would raise well more than enough money to pull Maryland out of debt, and turn us right around.

I see all these states around that are legalizing marijuana, why you ask? Because the citizens of the state voted and majority ruled that they wanted it legal. So if there are other states that have a majority rule to legalize it, is it fair that they cant have it too? Arent we all part of The United States, all equal? We have alcohol legal and you know what that does? Alcohol-related causes of death include accidents, violence, poisoning, mouth and throat cancer, colorectal cancer, breast cancer, suicide, stroke and many others. Drinking and driving causes over 25,000 deaths a year, overall 100,000 alcohol related deaths a year. And thats from Wikipedia! Look for yourself. You will NOT find one death linked to marijuana. ARE YOU AWAKE YET???

Not trying to get to personal but, my Mother is in the methadone program, Ive seen the change in her appearence from the time she started. Her face more pale, sometimes she doesnt like to eat. I ask her why she has to take it, you know what she says? If I stop i will get deathly ill and could possibly DIE. Thats right you heard me, D I E. This is a legal DRUG that The United States provides for its citizens, just to make money off of us. All it is is synthetic heroin. Look it up for yourself if you dont believe me. So if someone wants to take a more natural route, one that has no harsh side effects and withdrawls that you can DIE from who is ANYONE to say that they cant? All marijuana does is make you want to eat and relaxes you, helps you with back pain, sleeping issues and disorders, depression, chronic arthritis, etc.. And you will never find one death linked to marijuana. Thats one plant that helps with all of those issues. No chemicals, no withdrawl. If you cant see that then your blind, im sorry.

I could ramble on forever about this and I will if I have to, but I think Ive said enough already. WAKE UP MARYLAND!! TIME TO LEGALIZE!! NOT LEGAL LIES!!
