Have you Google your name lately or Google your name + UniCourt? I was very surprised, shocked, upset, angry, frustrated, sadden and depressed by the Google results and I find myself in an unsettling situation. After numerous attempts via phone and email, I have failed to get my personal data removed from the UniCourt Inc website and removed from ALL search engines including Google and Bing permanently.

Sharing personal legal matters online can have serious consequences, hindering employment opportunities and causing undue stress. I believe UniCourt has a responsibility to consider the human impact of publishing such information.

This ""Predatory Behavior" is use to force people to buy UniCourt subscriptions to increase PROFITS. The court cases online are outdated or closed. On the website the cases show "Pending - Other Pending" and UniCourt adds an icon on the website that says "Update this case", you must purchase a subscription. #Whistleblower #BLACKMAIL #Scam

UniCourt is using artificial intelligence, AI algorithms, IP and algorithm in a discriminatory way. This experience implicates a clear violation of privacy laws that protect US citizens, laws requiring the capability for individuals to have their personal information removed from the internet and ALL search engines.

Legal, court records, private, sealed, expunge, drop case, dropped charges, bankruptcy, public records, divorce records, family records, medical records, especially those regarding difficult, harmful, personal family, children, medical and vulnerable times in our lives, those that are causing harm physically and mentally, should not be misused for profit and financial gain. Yet, this practice has become the norm for companies like UniCourt Inc and Amazon Registrar, Inc. Behind their operations are the individuals who made this exploitation possible by UniCourt Inc Founders - Josh Blandi, Prashanth Shenoy Katpady, Charles Hemming, Yongxin Yan.

Under US law, the right to privacy is protected under various statutes and amendments. The privacy act of 1974, for instance, prohibits the disclosure of an individual's records without their written consent. Yet, UniCourt’s actions are evidently not compliant with these regulations. 

This petition not only requests a response to my personal request. It demands that UniCourt Inc and Amazon Registrar, Inc provide a clear and permanent opt-out link and privacy email with clear instructions on their website for all users who wish to remove their personal data and remove personal data from all search engines including Google and Bing permanently. Moreover, they should establish a dedicated privacy email channel to facilitate ALL options to process of data removal from the internet and search engines, including Google and Microsoft Bing.
