I am a regular Ola/Uber user and I find it almost impossible to travel from one destination to the other, thanks to incessant cab cancellations.

Booking a cab is a seamless process, but what happens after that is nothing less than a nightmare! If one happens to book a cab to a location that a driver isn’t interested in traveling to, he/she will conveniently cancel the cab. One cancellation can put you in a vicious circle of multiple cancellations resulting in loss of precious time and rise in prices.

I was once booking a cab from my office to my home on a weekday, 9 Uber drivers, NINE, canceled on me! I had to literally beg the 10th driver to drop me home. How is this acceptable??

I am not the only person facing this, I come across hundreds of messages to Uber/Ola on Twitter everyday calling out drivers for canceling cabs everyday.

I am urging the Delhi government/Uber/Ola to:

1. Put systems in place so that cab drivers cannot refuse a ride

2. Protect drivers so that they get fair payment for longer routes

3. Put a cap on incessant spike in ride costs 

4. Get Uber and Ola to have a call in customer support system
