On January 24th, 2023 Forspoken launched. On May 1st, 2023, Luminous Productions, the creators of Forspoken, were merged with Square Enix essentially killing the company and all their independent ideas. 

Luminous' first game was Forspoken, an action open-world game with one of the most innovative and unique combat systems to date, a world filled with immersion, a soundtrack that makes you feel something, and a story with characters you want to learn more about and care about. The game was not given a fair chance after a trailer released that showed more of the main protagonist's, Frey Holland's, personality. Unfortunately, many people called the game "cringe" and tossed the game aside as if it was nothing and many others followed. Square Enix never gave them a chance and after a few months after release, Luminous Productions were merged into Square Enix.

I believe that we, the players, need to decide for ourselves if something is worth our time. We need to forget about others opinions, what others will think about us, and change what we think of others. Review companies plague the gaming medium by being either paid off to say an evil game/company is good or a soulful game is bad. For an example, "Alien: Isolation" was completely discarded for nearly 6 years since it's release in 2014 until one person made the choice to ignore reviews and others opinions and try it.

Please help me change gaming forever and let Luminous Productions create their sequel to Forspoken. The world will try to lie to you that we don't have power but the world lies. We have the most important power of all and the only power necessary. Love. And love is God and God can do the impossible.
