Señor Presidente,

Quienes suscribimos esta petición —cubanos libres en el exilio y ciudadanos solidarios de distintas nacionalidades— nos dirigimos a usted con urgencia, ante el colapso total que vive el pueblo cubano bajo una dictadura comunista que se ha mantenido en el poder por más de 67 años.

CONSIDERANDO QUE:

1. La situación humanitaria en Cuba es insostenible, marcada por escasez extrema de alimentos, medicamentos, electricidad y agua potable, así como por el colapso del sistema de salud pública ante múltiples epidemias.
2.  La represión política se ha intensificado, con detenciones arbitrarias, persecución de opositores, censura absoluta y uso sistemático del terror como método de control social.
3. La vía diplomática ha fracasado, al igual que décadas de negociaciones, declaraciones internacionales y sanciones que no han logrado proteger a la población civil ni generar una transición democrática real.
4. El régimen cubano mantiene vínculos estratégicos con el régimen de Venezuela, Rusia, China e Irán,  incluyendo cooperación en estructuras de seguridad e inteligencia asociadas por autoridades estadounidenses a redes de narcotráfico y crimen organizado, lo que representa una amenaza directa a la estabilidad regional y a la seguridad de los Estados Unidos.
5. El pueblo cubano no tiene medios internos para liberarse, debido al control total del aparato militar y represivo del Estado. 

POR TODO LO ANTERIOR, DECLARAMOS:

Que solicitamos de manera clara, firme e inequívoca que, bajo su liderazgo como Presidente de los Estados Unidos, se considere y ejecute una INTERVENCIÓN MILITAR en Cuba, con el objetivo de:

1. Poner fin al régimen dictatorial castrista
2. Liberar inmediatamente a todos los presos políticos y ofrecer protección a la población civil
3. Desmantelar las estructuras represivas del Estado
4. Facilitar una transición democrática real y verificable
5. Recuperar las expropiaciones y recuperar la economía cubana
6. Garantizar la entrada masiva de ayuda humanitaria

Esta petición nace de la responsabilidad moral ante el sufrimiento prolongado del pueblo cubano abandonado por la comunidad internacional.

Señor Presidente, el pueblo cubano necesita liderazgo, decisión y coraje.
Hoy, ese liderazgo está en manos de los Estados Unidos.

Queremos una CUBA LIBRE, segura y próspera.

Mr. President,

We, the undersigned—free Cubans in exile and supportive citizens of various nationalities—address you with urgency in light of the total collapse endured by the Cuban people under a communist dictatorship that has remained in power for more than 67 years.

WHEREAS:

1. The humanitarian situation in Cuba is unsustainable, marked by extreme shortages of food, medicines, electricity, and drinking water, as well as the collapse of the public health system amid multiple epidemics.
2. Political repression has intensified, with arbitrary detentions, persecution of opponents, absolute censorship, and the systematic use of terror as a method of social control.
3. The diplomatic path has failed, as have decades of negotiations, international statements, and sanctions that have not succeeded in protecting the civilian population or generating a real democratic transition.
4. The Cuban regime maintains strategic ties with the regimes of Venezuela, Russia, China, and Iran, including cooperation in security and intelligence structures that U.S. authorities have linked to drug trafficking and organized crime networks, representing a direct threat to regional stability and the security of the United States.
5. The Cuban people have no internal means to free themselves, due to the total control of the State’s military and repressive apparatus.
   FOR ALL OF THE ABOVE, WE DECLARE:

That we clearly, firmly, and unequivocally request that, under your leadership as President of the United States, a MILITARY INTERVENTION in Cuba be considered and carried out, with the objective of:

1. Putting an end to the Castro dictatorship
2. Immediately free all political prisoners and offer protection to the civilian population
3. Dismantling the State’s repressive structures
4. Facilitating a real and verifiable democratic transition
5. Reversing expropriations and restoring the Cuban economy
6. Guaranteeing the massive entry of humanitarian aid

This petition arises from a moral responsibility in the face of the prolonged suffering of the Cuban people, abandoned by the international community.

Mr. President, the Cuban people need leadership, determination, and courage.
Today, that leadership lies in the hands of the United States.

We want a FREE, safe, and prosperous CUBA.
