Restore Hetch Hetchy to its Former Glory.

Now the once-spectacular Hetch Hetchy Valley in Yosemite National Park is hidden under 300 feet of water. A twin to the famous Yosemite Valley, Hetch Hetchy Valley was flooded early last century, becoming a giant,billion-gallon water tank.  Hetch Hetchy Valley can be restored while San Francisco and other communities keep their supply of electricity and pure water.

From 1901 - 1913, John Muir led the Sierra Club in a campaign to protect the Hetch Hetchy Valley, a part of Yosemite National Park, from being filled by a reservoir.

The battle for Hetch Hetchy was perhaps the first effort at what is now known as "grassroots lobbying," getting individual citizens to contact elected officials in support of or opposition to legislation.

I particularly urged that we must get everybody to write to Senators and the president keeping letters flying all next month thick as storm snow flakes, loaded with park pictures, short circulars, etc. Stir up all other park and playground clubs, women's clubs, etc…”

We are going to keep up the good fight without fear or favor, 'if it shall take until doomsday.'

When President Woodrow Wilson signed the Raker Act in 1913, he permitted San Francisco to clear-cut, dam and flood Hetch Hetchy. It remains the only time in our history that a single city has been allowed to appropriate one of our national parks for its own exclusive use.

Studies show the Hetch Hetchy can be restored and that San Francisco can improve its water system so that its Tuolumne River supplies can be stored downstream of Yosemite. The City is unwilling, however, to consider making any changes.

Also I propose some Ideas. First, when Hetch Hetchy is officially drained, there shall be a massive Hotel. The biggest that Yosemite has ever built!

Which I like to call it as THE JOHN MUIR HOTEL. Inspired by The Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel, but to be themed like a Massive Scottish Manor/Castle. Like in these pictures to honor the Homeland on which where he is born and raised.

It needs to have 2023 rooms, as a way to Mark the 100th anniversary of when Construction of O'Shaughnessy Dam completed.

Something like this.

It also needs to have 175 Cottages, because the number 75 in 175, marks the age when John Muir lost the battle in trying to save Hetch Hetchy originally.
All the Cottages will be in five clustering groups of 35. One group will have one bedroom, the next one will have two bedrooms, then three bedrooms, then four bedrooms and finally five bedrooms.

The location for the Lodge and Cottages, will be as close as possible to the Southeastern tip of the valley. So you won't see the lodge right in the main part of the valley, as a way to keep the valley as it was when John Muir was in, where no buildings were built on it yet.

I have this great idea of who should be responsible to create all of the decor and theming in the lodge.

It’s theming with its furniture, decor and linens can be all the created and provided by the help of (Adventurous Journeys Capital Partners).
https://ajcpt.com/approach
Which are responsible for creating these hotels called Graduate Hotels.
https://www.graduatehotels.com/about/

Check out these hotels that are made by them, in the nation of Scotland the homeland of John Muir.

Then, There will be a wedding chapel on the Lodge site, that takes inspiration from (SAN DIEGO MORMON TEMPLE in La Jolla California), the (PIONEER MEMORIAL CHURCH at Andrews University) in Berrien Springs Michigan, and the (CHATLOS MEMORIAL CHAPEL at The Billy Graham Training Center) in Asheville North Carolina.
With the steeple on top of its Belfry and Lantern, to be 180’ Tall! With a 16’ Cross on top!

Then, not far from the new Lodge, shall be three Aerial Gondola Tramway System. Which I like to call it the TUOLUMNE TRAMWAY.
With three routes that will take both up the north eastern and the southern eastern ends of the valley, all the way up to the High Country of Hetch Hetchy itself, across both sides. They will be named ROOSEVELT, MUIR and MATHER.

Inspired by the one at WALLOWA LAKE STATE PARK in Oregon.

Also, there will be a fourth Gondola line, for the TUOLUMNE TRAMWAY. That takes you from the THE JOHN MUIR HOTEL, to the (TUOLUMNE TRAMWAYS Valley Central Station) and back. For it to go straight to the station, where it will be on the grounds of the hotel itself, or it can have a slight angle along its route.

And it is named the Miwok Paiute line.
There are three Options, from Short to Long.

The Final Thing, is to build a HETCH HETCHY MUSEUM. That celebrates the history and Legacy of the valley, filled with Hand-On Displays & Exhibits and Interactive Media. Including elevators that go up and down several floors of the museum, that need to have a thrilling and immersive like experience, based on these ones that are used for the One World Trade Center Observatory.
(VIDEO) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ILbcWgP76vA

Including the Original Full-Length Walkway of the O'Shaughnessy Dam, and the underground O'Shaughnessy Dam Tunnel that takes you to the Wapama Falls trail.
(VIDEO) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NUjsa5n72ZA
Which will be rerouted when the valley is fully restored.

The building needs to look something like this like this.

The Beginning of the Museum Experience needs to have a Pre-Show Experience. Based off the same one at the Space Shuttle Atlantis Experience at Kennedy Space Center.
(VIDEO) https://youtu.be/oqK-JSt-SM0?t=113

Which you end up looking out of a Massive Wide Six-Story Floor-To-Ceiling Window Wall.

There also needs to be, five ride experiences.

First, a triple Sunkid Interactive Climbing and Rocking Towers, to help simulate what it's like to climb trees.

The system is a new technology called STADIUM C360 PODS by Simworx.
https://www.simworx.co.uk/products/stadium-c360-pods/

The Show Building with the track, will be a 14 sided Tetradecagon, or a 16 sided Hexadecagon, with Six or seven movable Diorama Scenes and Show Stopping Diorama Scenes, Plus the Load/Unload Platform.

Each train will have five special made cars, that will have Sideways Seats. That are based off the ones used in the Disneyland Railroad.

I hope you love these fine ideas of mine, that I would like to see come through full fruition. When the valley is officially and fully restored.

THANK YOU… AND LETS RESTORE THE THIS PLACE TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE.
