Thousands of Filipino volleyball fans, local athletes, and even the players themselves are being impacted by the ineffective leadership of Coach Jorge De Brito. Despite the immense talent and potential within the Alas Pilipinas roster, his coaching tenure has been marked by poor in-game decisions, a lack of chemistry with the team, and an obvious disconnect with player strengths. His inability to read the flow of matches, adjust strategies on the fly, and make timely substitutions has directly contributed to disappointing performances on the court—wasting opportunities and shaking team morale. The very athletes who give their all for the flag are being underutilized, mispositioned, or benched without justifiable reason.
