I want to make family divorce court more fair because women almost always win the sole if not full custody of children. When men are just thrown in a ditch and told: "Pay her child support or go to criminal court!" When they have just lost 1/2 of their money to the women. When men win in family court they are very rare and usually terrific people or have terrific lawyers. Sometimes the women is even abusive ( im not saying that men aren't ever abusive) I have seen video proof that the court ruled in favor of the female even when there was VIDEO PROOF THAT THE MOM WAS ABUSIVE.  When that Childs little brother got his phone taken away and kind of threw a tantrum sat in a corner and refused to talk to the same mom until the weekend. Because he would have to have his phone back and was going to his fathers visitation. They went to court over something like this and again, the court ruled in the mothers favor.  I come from a family where before i was born my father and my half brothers mother divorced. He had to pay child support and she skipped visitation so many times i almost forgot what my brothers voice sounded like, and what he looked like. One time it was almost a year before we saw him. I hope with this petition we can make family court more fair for men and women!
