We very much appreciate the Disabled and Over 60's Freedom Passes and the impact they have on our lives and personal budgets, enabling us to lead fuller lives and contribute further to the Greater London community. But current rules prevent us holding both at the same time. It might seem a small point, as the only advantage to a Disabled Freedom Pass Holder of the Over 60's Photocard is free travel between 9 & 9.30 Monday to Friday, but believe me, it makes a difference, and denying Disabled Pass holders over 60 the benefits of the age-related card seems a petty, unnecessary, divisive and stigmatising slight against millions of otherwise satisfied customers, particularly in these times of growing hardship.
