WE, the residents of Forks Township, Pennsylvania, strongly support a referendum on the November 7th 2023 general election ballot allowing us the right to choose an Open Space program funded by Earned Income Tax.

This petition supports the right to choose during the November 7th 2023 general election by way of referendum. This petition does not serve as affirmation or opposition to taxing the residents of Forks Township, Pennsylvania.

The Supervisors of Forks Township (John O'Neil, Tim Hughes, Ty Corallo, Kelly Keegan, Dean Turner) were elected to their positions by YOU, the residents. Let them know that YOU support the right to choose at this years November 7th 2023 general election by adding the referendum for an Open Space program funded by Earned Income Tax.
