We are starting this petition to support the Fast Free Buses campaign and call for a better bus system across Kent.

Buses should be fast, safe, reliable, and accessible. That means free bus travel for under-18s and over-60s, safe and well-lit bus stops, clearly marked school buses that protect children, and priority busways to keep services moving.

Good bus services reduce congestion, cut pollution, support young people into education and work, and help older residents stay independent and connected. They are essential public infrastructure — not a luxury.

Public transport should put people first.

We support investment in buses that are affordable, dignified, and reliable.
