JUSTICE FOR THE VICTIMS OF HAMILTON COUNTY

The Issue

Accountability is extremely important, especially with professions who are independent from government oversight or are afforded immunity. As a society we have begun to demand more accountability from professions that have abused their position. Victims of judicial misconduct and legal abuse are often suppressed and forced to endure relentless abuse in retaliation. Whistleblowing for this type of misconduct has proven to be near impossible for these individuals, whether it’s due to nonexistent supervision or just pure negligence. Gaining an unfair advantage over their victims they are able to exploit their professional relationships.

Out of fear the victims are uniting, seeking refuge and your help in demanding change. Had simple protocols and procedures been followed or implemented their experiences would have never reached the level of corruption they have faced for the last several years. All of them are victims of the Hamilton County Justice System in Ohio failing them. These are some of their stories.

Adam Jordan was devastated when he lost his mother suddenly. Rather than commence an investigation into the suspicious individuals and circumstances surrounding her death, agencies opened the door for them to thieve from her Estate. Prior to becoming Executor Adam was unlawfully demanded to assume personal responsibility in paying her bills while taking care of his own household. As the Executor of her Estate, he was met with unnecessary obstacles and intense obstruction. Due to cremation the answers are impossible to obtain surrounding her death.

While relying upon the Judicial system to rectify these issues Mr. Jordan became the target of scheme after scheme, and repeated system failure. This made it impossible for him to navigate the probate system often referred to as the court of no expectations by those that work within. Mr. Jordan was ripe for the typical attorney probate schemes, and theft of assets while dealing with the family turmoil that seems to rise during the loss of someone. While still receiving assurance that the system would prevail and provide protection, he became the victim of abuse of process. This included wrongfully naming him in a lawsuit, as the Executor for a review that he didn’t author, stemming from a negligent and reckless releasing of data despite privacy regulations from a popular website. The pursuant, an attorney in retaliation for not obtaining the probate position as the lawyer.

First amendment rights went out the door and the rest were soon to follow. These acts became the catalyst for the unlawful conduct and frivolous suits that followed. Countless reports went ignored as the harassment increased, with absurd reasonings including that their occupation somehow afforded immunity to their crimes. Often reports were supplied to perpetrators to use in further retaliation with zero action. As a result, the perpetrators of these wrongful acts were able to deny attack and reverse the victim and offender role known as DARVO resulting in public stalking and harassment through publication of his financial accounts to humiliate, removal as executor awarded to the individuals who committed fraud and harassment, and three felony indictments for crimes of the offenders, acts that were literally legally impossible for him to commit. In assuming the role of personal liability for the debts of the Estate as demanded by the court, Mr. Jordan was then punished for such.

Mr. Jordan lives in fear for his life and the continued harassment, stalking, and humiliation with no resolution in sight. This ultimately forced him to abandon his home to escape and separate from his children in order to protect them. He naively relied upon the justice system and laws for protection. Mr. Jordan is one of many victims having the courage to demand awareness and attention to this misconduct.

Bridget Davis is another victim of Hamilton County Ohio’s misconduct. She continues to fight hard against the corruption, battling to get attention to her experiences with the same injustices. Establishing billboards, holding protest, vinyl wrapping vehicles with the judicial offenders’ image, advertising on box trucks, even flying planes with banners over the Supreme Court of Ohio to no avail. In a desperate attempt to promote change and bring awareness she dedicates her time advocating within the community.

What should have been a simple divorce has resulted in years of legal and financial abuse. Ms. Davis was affiliated with a well-established, financially stable family which continued to grow substantially throughout her marriage. Unfortunately, despite her years of commitment and hard work it has become weaponized against her to prevent the exposure of misconduct. Using their financial stature and relationships to influence officials they have successfully manipulated the system. Submitting fraudulent documents on her behalf, allowing the absence of accounting despite possessing millions of dollars of assets, successfully stripping her of her rights.

Attorneys hired for representation on her behalf, getting paid thousands, just to ultimately abandon her hours later. Forcing her to represent herself in order to ensure her interests are regarded and rights protected. Without notice or consent and by mere command her and her children's financial accounts were frozen without justification. In attempting to seek justice, with the expectation the system would protect her she was instead met with its failure, further misconduct, and oppression.

Ms. Davis has encountered the same judicial failures from Hamilton County, experiencing obstacle after obstacle in simply having her voice heard while trying to obtain justice for her children and herself. Now she is being unlawfully silenced by the courts.

All the victims have experienced the same misconduct despite completely different matters, exposing that this is a serious issue, a pattern for Hamilton County, Ohio. Many of the victims are preyed upon as a result of socio-economic status or deemed to be unknowledgeable and/or lacking the ability to defend themselves. Concealment of crimes, fraud, theft, attorney schemes, stalking and harassment, weaponizing the very systems implemented to protect you. Hamilton County is doing the contrary in encouraging and becoming the accomplice for these unlawful acts, while suppressing the voices and rights of the victims.

Mr. Jordan and Ms. Davis are just a few of many desperately seeking awareness to these violations. Please help them and the victims that have been silenced out of fear in getting the Ohio Supreme Court to review their cases to correct the serious legal errors, address the major transgressions, and hold the offenders accountable for their misconduct. These unjust experiences are just too abundant to include within the Petition itself, please seek their platforms for their journey.

Whether these cases affect you personally they will affect your future as they inevitably set the precedent for how they will be approached and handled for you. Regardless of immunity, no judicial system should have the ability to do what they have done to the victims. Help these individuals get their life back and have their constitutional rights restored.

Edit to Add: There is still time! Immediately following the reporting of misconduct and publication Mr. Jordan was denied his right the file completely. The Clerks have openly admitted to destroying, altering, and discriminating at the instruction of the perpetrators reported with no ability to report the obstruction. Furthermore, Joe Deters, the prosecutor meant to protect your rights is refusing to redact the info or address the issues. Dismissing and becoming an accomplice similar to Maureen Oconner.

Ms. Davis is being silenced and disregarded entirely. Marital assets continue to be illegally dissolved without consent, knowledge, or compensation. This case continues to be based on relationship, status, and compensation and not on law!
