Eastpointe Residents Written Request for Special Members Meeting 

We, the undersigned members of the Eastpointe Homeowners Association, hereby request a special members meeting, set at the earliest possible date, time, and place for the purpose of:

1.     Approve modifications to the Governing documents eliminating any ambiguity that the initiation of any special assessments, modification of any Governing documents, and modification of any Bi-Party Agreements that runs as a covenant with the Associations properties, must be submitted to be approved by a majority of the voting membership present at a special or annual meeting. (See attachment 1)

2.      Demand postponement of any signing of the final agreement by the HOA Board modifying the Bi-Party agreement with the ECC until a community vote is conducted by a majority of the voting membership present at a special meeting, on the proposed final agreement.

3.      Recall the President of the HOA, Ira Berger, and electing a new director to the Board in the event the recall is successful (see Attachment 2).
