이뿐만이 아닙니다. 탈레반은 시위에 나선 아프가니스탄 여성을 향해 사정없이 채찍을 휘둘렀습니다.

심지어 탈레반은 머리에서 발목까지 덮어쓰는 통옷 형태인 부르카를 입지 않은 여성을 사살하고 탈레반의 집권에 반대하는 시위대에 총격을 가했습니다.

8월 18일 폭스뉴스 보도에 따르면 아프간 타크하르주 주도 탈로칸에서 한 여성이 피투성이가 된 채 사망했다며 사진 한 장을 보도했습니다. 사진에는 남색 원피스를 입은 여성이 피범벅이 된 바닥에 쓰러져 있고, 숨진 여성 주변에 사람들이 웅크리고 앉아 어쩔 줄 몰라 하는 모습이 담겨 있습니다. 숨진 여성은 부르카 없이 외출했다가 탈레반 대원의 총에 맞아 숨졌습니다.
