Open Letter to the Dems

Time for radical change. Yes, Trump poses an existential threat to our Democracy and all our Constitutional values that we hold so dear. But you dear Democratic Party have also failed to launch a viable and powerful opposition campaign to defeat Trump’s MAGA 2025 Agenda and to win back so many of those 90 million folks who didn’t vote at all. Here are my humble suggestions as a registered Democrat, and member of our Southern Oregon Community, in coalition with other powerful American Communities:

#1. Stop asking for donations until you link arms with the House and Senate democratic leadership to vehemently oppose Trump’s dangerous, harmful, and anti-American 2025 Agenda. Maybe it’s time to get younger more vibrant leadership. What do you think? 

#2. We the People want you to do more than vote down Trump’s crazy ideas, we want you pick up the microphone daily and educate the American people about how his actions are trying to destroy our democracy. Can you do that? Not just one press conference but daily “fireside chats” that access all media coverage to set the record straight. 

#3. You need to choose one charismatic leader that will launch a blitzkrieg campaign against not just Trump, but his oligarchs, and his incompetent, sycophants who comprise his clown-show administration.  Who will do this? Kamala, Newsom, AOC, Pritzker, Jefferies, Whitmore, Shapiro, Waltz, or others? 

#4. Time to hold Trump accountable for the violations of his oath of office. Hold his feet to the fire. Sanction him, pass resolutions against him, or better yet impeach him! Yes, impeach him not just as the Constitution allows but involve “We the People Impeach Thee.”  

#5. Since Republicans are afraid to hold Town Hall meetings, have the Dems step up to do them in these Republican districts. 

#6. Prosecute Musk for his crimes against United States Citizens. See the Wag the Dog letter number three below this petition.

#7. The lifeblood of our country is in your hands. Will you rise to the moment or will you concede to the abomination of White Nationalism, Radical Evangelism, Fascism, and Dictatorship?
