Please delay the Feb 3rd zoning case for Moriah Ridge due to the excused absences of 2 City Councilmembers. 

• 2 of the 7 City Councilmembers have excused absences for the February 3rd City Council Meeting (Cook and Freeman)
• The consolidated annexation request for Moriah Ridge is scheduled to be heard at the Feb 3 meeting. Considering the unusual circumstance to have two Councilmembers absent, we are seeking to move the hearing to another scheduled meeting. 
• The importance of this development case justifies the full attendance of the City Council.
