Dear Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders, Lieutenant Governor Leslie Rutledge, Members of the House Arkansas, members of the Senate Arkansas, Ladies and Gentlemen, be it known all people who sign this petition with great respect are writing to you to request the following:

We request with URGENCY a Special Session be called to execute the following:

 1.We, the citizens of Arkansas, demand Act #851and #819, which affects every Arkansan, be rescinded making it null and void immediately.

2.That Crypto mining facilities and data centers installed in the year 2021 and 2023 or after both current and planned be banned.

3.The elected officials and government of Arkansas be investigated to include, but not limited to:

 a).All authors and editors of Arkansas HB #1799 and HB #1654, all Arkansas State Legislators including for every district, including their office and personal financial records.

b)That an investigation be made into the corruption that exists behind all of this. According to the information we have former Governor Asa Hutchinson and his group are the ones who opened the doors to The Peoples Republic China in our state, we would like to know how he and the people who are committed to this imposition supporting Communist China in these negotiations that will only favor them and Communist China and NOT WE THE PEOPLE IN ARKANSAS  AND IN THE USA. Investigate the former Office of the Governor Asa Hutchinson including personal financial records.

c)All County officials both elected and Appointed including Justices of Peace, Judges, District Attorneys, Quorum Court members and the state of Arkansas where future and current data centers are located, as well as any city or municipality who has issued a business license to any corporation, business or private entity with intent to install a data center or crypto currency mine.

4.That this matter be treated as A MATTER OF STATE AND NATIONAL SECURITY.

The noise will harm the elderly as well. Information taken EPA, permanent noise causes alterations in people's mood, sleep disorders, blood pressure and other disorders. In the case of Bono Faulkner County facility information taken from residents within a mile around, show these residents 99% elderly and or people with limitations.

“Crypto Mine” is a software created by an anonymous person using the Japanese name SATOSHI SAKAMOTO. Surprisingly after the development of this, China is the first country that produced its own Crypto Coin or currency. Crypto mining facilities will lower property values of properties in an are exceeding more than a mile away because of the intensity of the noise.

 We know that the excessive consumption of electricity exceeds limits that in the future could occasionally cause the lack of these inputs to the residents of our region, and that could cause the inputs to experience a price increase.

Example; Bitcoin mining consumes around 204 terawatt-hours of electricity annually:Comparable to the power use of Thailand.
0.5% of all electricity consumption worldwide.
Same amount of electricity consumed in the state of Washington each year.
More than a third of electricity used for residential cooling in the US annually.

The mining industry has a great impact on water resources, both depleting water supplies with high usage and polluting them with discharges or seepage from tailings or waste rock impoundments, we do not know where that water will go and how it will pollute our rivers, lakes, and seas.
