The Biden administration, including President Biden himself, Secretary Blinkin, and Defense Secretary Austin have been implicated in supporting Israel's actions against the Palestinian people in Gaza through military and diplomatic aid.

The US has been providing arms to the Israeli defense force without sufficient checks and balances to ensure these weapons are being used in accordance with international law. This lack of oversight is alarming as these weapons have been used against civilians which is a violation of international law. Furthermore, they have repeatedly obstructed United Nations resolutions seeking a ceasefire in response to the unfolding genocidal acts in Gaza.

The Center for Constitutional Rights (CCR) is currently representing plaintiffs, including Defence for Children International – Palestine, in legal action against the Biden administration, highlighting the implications of the US's failure to prevent the ongoing genocide and its complicity in these acts. According to CCR staff attorney Pokharel, this case holds significant consequences for the US regarding its role in these atrocities.

As concerned global citizens, we have a moral obligation to speak out against injustice and hold those responsible accountable for their actions.
