Due to the inevitable increased Dixie Road traffic volume resulting from thousands of new business and residential units in the high density developments planned and under construction at Plan Dixie, Cormack Crescent, Dixie-Lakeshore, Lakeview Village, etc., an imminent nightmare lies in store for south-east Mississauga residents without the promised foot-bike bridge across Etobicoke Creek providing "CONNECTED, CONVENIENT, COMFORTABLE and SAFE" Active Transportation and Active Living options for people of all ages and walks of life.
