Petition to President Joe Biden, Kamala Harris
We, the undersigned of this petition, call upon the current administration to follow through on its pledge to restore the federal government’s responsibility with Native nations and future generations to protect sacred sites, public lands, and waters with high conservation and cultural values. We ask for the immediate withdraw of the approval of a land exchange that would trade away more than 2,000 acres of land that is sacred Apache land known as the Oak Flat or Chi'chil Bildagoteel. At the end of the Trump administration a rushed, flawed environmental analysis was done that would allow Resolution Copper to destroy Oak Flat in favor of a massive copper mine. The process obtaining the copper would destroy Oak Flat and surround campground as part of the Tonto National Forest. In exchange for the once beautiful land would be a giant sinkhole about the size of the Eiffel Tower that would produce an estimated 1.6 BILLION tons of TOXIC mine waste. Section §3003 was attached to the 2015 National Defense Authorization Act, which is currently set to authorize a land exchange this year on March 11 and would allow the end of Oak Flat as it would be transferred into private mining corporation. If allowed this would make Oak Flat forever lost to us and future generations. Action needs to happen now to stop the destruction of this land that would cause extensive dewatering and risk pollution of ground and surface waters. This land exchange was allowed without proper review and consideration of the vast devastation that would be caused. We Can't sit back and ignore our promise to fight for a better environment for ourselves and our children.  The approval of this land exchange was fast tracked by the Trump administration and includes numerous deficiencies that violate the National Environmental Policy Act and other federal laws. This land is also home to endangered species and hundreds of migratory birds.  We are Living the consequences of land being destroyed in the past, and while we may not be able to change the mistakes of predecessors we can stop them from happening again. We have a Duty as caretakers of this Earth to stop the destruction of this land. We urge you to act swiftly and withdraw the flawed Final EIS for proper review and evaluation.Read more

Petition to United States Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, California State Senate, Nancy Pelosi, California State House
This is an UN-GATED community to which there are STILL Psychiatric State patients STILL currently residing within all throughout the facilities.  Transporting persons infected with or exposed to the Coronavirus to any place within Costa Mesa, California until an adequate site survey has been conducted, the designated site has been determined suitable for this purpose, all necessary safeguards and precautions have been put in place, and the public and local government have been informed of all efforts to mitigate risk of transmission of the disease. PLEASE Sign to stop the CDC, State and Federal Government from risking the lives of everyone within Costa Mesa and Orange County!!!  This is a HIGH traffic location to which Thousands of people travel past on a DAILY basis located off a Main Street (Harbor Blvd). It is a NON Gated and NON fenced area with easy access not to mention the dozens of Developmental patients who STILL reside in SEVERAL facilities to this day.  It would be complete negligence on behalf of the CDC, State, and Federal Government!!!Read more

Petition to Games Workshop
For years Games Workshop has insisted on releasing their paints in pots. Initially, these were the standard pots made by HMG paints. From there they created a unique hexagonal pot with a flip cap. Then came the bolter shell with a screw cap, the facelifted bolter shell with a flip cap and now these new squat pots. There are numerous issues plaguing this style of container. The paint gets lodged in the seam causing it to dry out quicker The shades and contrast paints are too tall leading to numerous spillages (so many it has become a popular meme) Games Workshop is now selling us the solution to this problem, a problem their products cause, with a Citadel Colour Paint Pot Holder They simply do not pour well for Airbrush users, as shown in their own airbrush introduction video https://www.warhammer-community.com/2020/01/20/the-first-official-warhammer-airbrush-painting-guidegw-homepage-post-3fw-homepage-post-4/ Almost all other manufacturers have adopted a dropper bottle for their paints which have the following benefits; The paints will last longer A dropper bottle is much more airtight than a Games Workshop pot. Also, when opening a Games Workshop pot, the paint runs into the lid crease. Over time this builds up to the point you are unable to close it. Or you need to messily scrape the excess out of the crease You can easily control how much you put on a palette Sure, you can get some control with your small brushes, but the main thing is you can add paint drop-by-drop and you don’t need to wash off a brush afterwards, keeping you water pot a bit clearer. You can measure mixes more accurately by drops How many times do you see 4:1 ratio of X paint to Y paint? Easy now, 4 drops of one and 1 drop of the other. You can even add water to a bottle to get accurate paint to water ratios. You can save space Ok, so the volume of paint is pretty much the same, and the bottles are technically larger (15ml over 12ml). But the diameter of the base is much smaller on the bottles. If you have only one flat surface to store paints on you can get many many more bottles than Games Workshop pots. You can replace the lid and spout These things aren’t perfect and may eventually get clogged. But you can easily pop off a spout and/or replace the lid if it is getting too thick with paint. Or, just try to remember to wipe the excess off the spout before you put the lid back on. They look tidier Ok, so this point is more of an opinion than a fact. There’s something about the bottles that just make them look a whole lot tidier than the Games Workshop Pots. You will save more paint There is so much paint you can lose by having it dry out in the pot. My paints have been in bottles for 5 years now and are still nice and fluid. Adding an agitator to a bottle is better than the Games Workshop pots Sure you can add an agitator to the Games Workshop pots. But because the neck of the pot is a smaller diameter than the base, when you shake the pot your agitator will not get into the corners. With a bottle, the sides are parallel and the base is a smaller surface area, chances are your agitator will have more likelihood of striking settled paint and getting it to flow again. No more spillages if you tip over a dropper bottle it will let put a couple of drops rather than ruin your whole desk and you lose the whole pot worth of paint. I run a website which holds the number one spot on Google for transferring paints to dropper bottles. This generates over 100 views to my website every day which I am more than happy to sacrifice if we can just fix this problem at the source. https://www.fauxhammer.com/featured/games-workshop-paints-into-dropper-bottles/ We below, the fans of Games Workshop's Citadel Colour range of paint, hereby ask Games Workshop to re-release their entire paint line in dropper bottles. We don't care if they look like Bolt Gun Shells, are hexagonal, or whatever GW need to do to make them unique, so long as they are dropper bottles. So they have a lid which stops the paint drying out, a spout and they are squeezable. If you could drop a couple of agitator beards in there too that would be a bonus. Join with me brothers, be heard. we know that they are at least responding (humorously) to online memes and movements. The least we want from this is a response from Games Workshop. If we reach 500,000 signatures, I will deliver this to Games Workshop head office myself (because it's 20 minutes from my house)Read more

Petition to Juan Baltazar, Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons
July 12, 2020 Regional DirectorSouth Central Regional Office344 Marine Forces DriveGrand Prairie, Texas  75051 Dear Director,We, the families of the men in FCC Beaumont, are informing you that the basic human needs of the men at your FCC Beaumont “camp” are continually ignored or completely denied! They are not in these work camps because of a heinous crime committed! All of these men are serving time for minimal violations that do NOT merit a death sentence.  They are not allowed to go outside for exercise or sunshine, even though the CDC and most medical professionals agree that having an adequate immune system helps cope with COVID-19 infection. IF you have any men who may have recovered from the virus, at this point, they will become re-infected with lowered immune systems! They are given stale food consisting of bologna and bread or cereal every day, three times a day. As you may know, the food a person eats also contributes to how well their immune systems do with infection. Their hygiene (i.e., soap, detergent, etc.) goes largely ignored. None of them have been able to see their families in months and are told that they can look forward to this treatment possibly for years. This also leads to high stress and lowered immune systems. If this inhumane treatment doesn’t kill them off first the virus will!!  These are unprecedented times which call for unprecedented solutions! Nothing that you profess to do (or are doing), to quell this virus, is working! We do not have to remind you that the more infections youallow within the “camp,” the more hospitalizations and deaths you will have to deal with. We (the families) are aware of the rampant disease in the camps and in the surrounding communities, no matter what you try to do to hide the numbers. We implore that these non-violent men in the camps be remanded to home confinement, in accordance with AG Barr’s mandate, and before the BOP unwittingly promotes mass genocide. Please reconsider your decision to keep all of our family members in the camps no matter the cost to human life and decency. Signed,The Families of the men in the Beaumont Camp.Read more
