Government of Karnataka has squashed the Police Sub-Inspector-545 selection list and has announced a re-exam after some alleged irregularities and discrepancies were found. The announcement has come out even before the CID investigation is completed. This has affected large number of genuine candidates who are in this list and waiting for appointment order. Almost the entire process of recruitment like document- medical verification , police verification and Sindhutva were completed. Here by we the Genuine candidates request the government of Karnataka to exclude culprits from the list and provide appointment order to genuine candidates.
We genuine candidates request opposition parties , students and public who stand with honesty and truth to support us till we get justice.
Read more

Please sign this petition to support case-by-case access for bicycling on some trails in some congressionally designated Wilderness areas as determined by the local Wilderness land managers. We thank Senator Mike Lee of Utah for introducing legislation that would let Wilderness land managers in Utah decide on modes of human-powered travel in Utah Wilderness areas, particularly bicycling. We urge the Utah congressional delegation to co-sponsor Senator Lee’s bill, S.2877, or the House version, H.R. 1349. We further urge the Utah congressional delegation to intercede with the U.S. Forest Service and get it to stop banning bicycle riding in forests that aren’t Wilderness but are being eyed for a potential Wilderness designation.Read more

Currently, City Council is elected by Foster City residents and our mayor is elected by our 5 City Council members. This could create unfair representation by shutting out council members from becoming mayor.
This petition is to investigate support for a rotational basis among our City Council members to be mayor to better represent the people of Foster City FAIRLY, since all 5 members were elected by Foster City residents.
Please share with other residents in Foster City to respond before Dec 10 in hopes to get a result to impact the decision for mayor on Dec 10 at 6:30pm. Please continue to share this petition past Dec 10, so we can use it to communicate to our new mayor the opinions of Foster City residents. Read more
