    Petition to YouTube

GIVE LOGAN PAUL HIS AD REVENUE BACK & UNSHADOW HIS CHANNEL!

Hey Logang, we need to get a petition going to bring back Logan Paul, he made one mistake. His entire life/career should not be effected by this. There are dead bodies all over the internet, he wanted to put something raw out there and advised not to watch. Many youtubers have done worse and did not lose what he's losing. Other youtubers are using his ONE mistake to bash him because he's at the top of the game right now. This needs to be stopped. He has helped so many people including me, I think people can forgive ONE mistake.  Lets bring Logan back, we are the strongest family on YouTube!  #Logangforlife #Mavericks

    Petition to Utah County Commissioners

Save the Utah County Equestrian Arena and improve its Management to bring in more revenue.

Utah County is considering selling the Utah County Equestrian Facility in Highland Utah which would be a massive loss to the entire community not only the equestrian community  Purpose of Petition: To bring to the attention of the Utah County Mayor, Commission, and Legislature the need for Utah County Equestrian Park in Highland to: 1. Stay as is – An Equestrian Facility 2. Get much-needed improved management and change for capital improvements. The people signing this petition are in favor of and urge the County and legislature to leave the Equestrian Park as-is and change management practices to maintain and improve the existing arenas, trails, and stalls. The Utah County Equestrian Park is one of the largest public equestrian parks in the State of Utah. Used by thousands of horse owners and could be used by special event/interest groups yearly if policy changed to allow so. Selling the park and eliminating the equestrian facility would impact thousands of people who depend on the horse industry for not only income but a way of life. We have used the Utah County Equestrian Park for 15 plus years. As long-time users of the Equestrian Park, we are petitioning to keep the Park an equestrian venue. Following are very important factors to be considered: • The County has hundreds of special interest parks for soccer, baseball, golf, etc., but only ONE Equestrian Park. • The central location is perfect for many different types of equestrian AND non-equestrian events. • There are equestrian shows, clinics, and clubs that would come to this park if additional improvements were made and rules were changed to allow them because of the central location, parking, arenas and the facility as a whole.    Please pass along this Petition so that our voice can be heard. If you would like to do more to help feel free to kindly the Utah County commissioners and let them know it isn’t being “underutilized”. Petition to Minister for Police, Michelle Roberts, John Quigley, Western Australia Police Force

Allow Western Australians to continue using radar detectors in their vehicle.

On Wednesday proposed laws have been introduced to parliments to ban the use of speed camera detectors.  If this law is passed, drivers will face hefty fines: $3200 for a first offence, $4800 for offences after that. We believe that speed camera radars should remain legal as they assist drivers to locate speed cameras and to correct their speed if they need to, without incurring a speeding fine. It is in the interest of road safety to allow road users to use speed camera radars, as this tool does not interfere with the speed camera vehicle or devices, it simply alerts a driver of a speed camera ahead. We would also like to mention that there are many local businesses in WA that stock these radars. Making these devices illegal would severely impact these small businesses, especially after the financial hardship many small businesses are facing after Coronavirus this could be detrimental to the survival of aforementioned businesses. Road safety is the key concern and with the use of this radar, road users are correcting their speed whilst keeping their hard-earned money in their pockets.  Furthermore, the proposed fines of $3200 for a first offence and $4800 for offences after that, is an astronomical amount when compared to the monetary fines given to motorists for driving under the influence/impaired, distracted driving, etc. These are the real killers on our roads and it simply does not make sense for road users who have a radar installed in their vehicle to be so heavily fined upon. We strongly urge you to sign this petition to ensure that road users have the freedom to use radar detectors in their vehicles.

Petition to Liberal Party of Canada, Canada Revenue Agency

Help halt CRAs unreasonable demands for CERB repayments until further investigation

This issue has affected thousands of Canadians and MP Paul Manly has agreed to read an official House of Commons on petition on Jan 25, 2021. THIS IS A NEW AND SEPARATE PETITION. Have your voice heard in the Parliament! Please click this link to sign this petition and share with your networks.  Défiler vers le bas de la page pour la VERSION FRANÇAISE 441,000 Canadians have been contacted over CERB eligibility, and thousands have been asked to repay their CERB benefits by December 31, 2020. Many of these applicants applied for these benefits in good faith, reading and rereading the application eligibility requirements several times to ensure that they would meet them. Thousands of people, who have now received demands from the CRA to repay up to $14 000 in less than one month, are people still struggling to make ends meet. These are people who own small businesses that and  simply had hard year in 2019, had to make lots of write offs in 2019, or who were simply unable to work much due to personal situations.  In my case, I am a yoga teacher and a full time mom.  I do not qualify for government maternity benefits because I am self employed. That means in 2019 once my savings ran out (at 5 months postpartum) I returned to work part time in order to make ends meet for my family. When the pandemic restrictions were announced in March 2020, I had to cancel all my yoga contracts for the safety of the community. When CERB was announce I was relieved. When reading the online application I was sure I met the requirements. It stated you are eligible if you earned $5000 in 2019. In 2019, the year I gave birth to my son, I made $6500 as a part time yoga teacher and full time care giver. I applied for every CERB payment I was eligible for, stopping as soon as I gave birth to my second child and therefor was taking time off of work not related to COVD-19.  Last week I received a letter stating that I did not meet the requirements because I did not make $5000 NET income in 2019, due to the income write offs that are common for self employed and small business owners. After speaking with an agent on the phone, I was told that this requirement was “implied.” That self-employed Canadians should have considered their net income, not their gross income. She sent me a link to the “CERB Q&A” website where if you scroll to the bottom of the page there is a drop down menu for self employed people where this information is stated.  These alternative requirements where NEVER stated on the application. This is a surprise for so many of us who likely won’t make $14 000 net income in the next several years and to ask us to pay it back in less than a month, amidst a second wave government mandated lockdown, and during Christmas/holiday time none the less, is down right cruel. With the unprecedented stresses of 2020 on EVERYONE in Canada, to place this additional burden on some of Canada’s lowest income folks is frankly disgusting. When you sign this petition, you are calling on the Liberal Party of Canada, Prime Minister Trudeau and the sitting members of Parliament to halt the CERB repayment requests until further investigation on the misleading eligibility requirements stated on the online application has been undertaken. CRA should admit there was an oversight when writing the application in haste, and forgive the self employed people who applied and met the eligibility requirements as stated on the application. It is a chance to show compassion and support for vulnerable Canadians and owners of small businesses across the country! Help us make it through these difficult times! Help us keep our families fed and help us provide them with a Happy Holiday season in this pandemic. You can read this CTV News article for more information: https://www.ctvnews.ca/health/coronavirus/unclear-wording-of-cerb-eligibility-means-some-recipients-asked-to-pay-everything-back-1.5218791 THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP CANADA!!!
