Petition to President Donald Trump
Executive Clemency Requested for 25 Deserving Women
The CAN-DO Foundation is proud to have shared the faces, names and stories of many women seeking justice though clemency. The "Top 25 Women" are extraordinary examples of people who received draconian sentences due to legislation passed in the the late 80s and 90s that caused minor participants in a "conspiracy" case to receive mandatory sentences of 10 years to LIFE without parole. These women are equally culpable for the actions of an entire network of co-consirators so their sentences are based on the amount of drugs that others in the conspiracy manufactured, sold, or imported. Most of these women are FIRST OFFENDERS who have served no less than 10 years and as much as 24 years.More years in prison does not serve the best interest of our society, or the tax payer. All these women have applied themselves while incarcerated and achieved extraordinary things, despite their situation, such as earning a college degree, completing drug rehab programs, working full time at "Prison Industries" or "UNICOR," and mentoring other prisoners. The CAN-DO Foundation engages in exhaustive research to identify cases that deserve relief from unjustly long prison sentences that do not fit the crime. The following Top 25 are either pending or seeking a reconsideration: 1. Alice Marie Johnson - 1st offense - served 20 yrs on LIFE 2. Michelle West - 1st offense - served 23 yrs on LIFE 3. Deneise Quintanilla - served 16 yrs on LIFE 4. Roberta Bell - 1st offense - served 22 yrs on LIFE 5. Lori Kavitz - 1st offense - served 15 yrs o 24 yr sentence 6. Lavonne Roach - 1st offense - served 19 yrs on 30 yr sent. 7. Terry Anderson - served 20 yrs on 30 yr sentence 8. Eva Palma-Atencio - 1st offense - served 13 yrs on LIFE 9. Patricia Clarke - 1st offense - served 24 yrs on LIFE 11. Rose Summers - 1st offense - served 18 yrs on 24 yr sent 12. Melissa Trigg - 1st offense - served 10 yrs on 15 yr sent. 13. Disable anti roll back requested
Anti rollback has made our phone and life change 180 degrees .That feature is one of the most dumbest things xiaomi give to their user . It is useless, waste of money , motherboard , new phone to exchange with "bricked user" . They thought it could block user from install ROM cook and "rollback" to older miui version , which is user life and interest . They made people ( user and developer ) lost believe in newer mi phones , which can also have that "anti" , it will block them from playing with the phone and testing new things . As i know , xiaomi sold less phones in this month , thanks to that "anti " . Not all xiaomi user living near the xiaomi services center . If they accidently bricked their phone , there is no chance for fix it as services center is too far away and enable EDL mode is too dangerous and risk of phone-die-completely chance . I have talked with a xiaomi-bricked user , he is Brazilian , he couldn't fix his phone as there are no services center in Brazil , he tried EDL mode but still could't flash because of his xiaomi account unauthorized . He finally unbricked it few days ago. Xiaomi does the authoration action too slow and it makes bad affected to user So , i , honestly , want you , xiaomi , disable that anti rollback and give a chance for unanthorized xiaomi account user to unbrick their phones . We applied to the xiaomi web , waiting everyday to see our accounts authorized , but its too slow . Also if you can let us access to EDL mode easier, the testpoint way just too hard , risk and dangerous . Please do both of our request ! The whole mi user community will really thankful for your action on disable that feature UPDATE : If you ( xiaomi ) can just make freely option for enable roll back or disable it , we will really greatful for your incredible action . This petition has nearly 1000 people supported , thats mean they want to have chance in protect their phones from anti rollback and bricked from some "unpredicted" action . #noantirollback #giveuserfreechoice #freedomtime #wewantfreedomexperience Regards, Dimacat
Petition to Chief Wildlife Warden, West Bengal Forest Department
Immediate Action Requested to Stop Fishing Cat Killings in Howrah
Dear Sir, This incidence happened on 5th June, 2015 in Hafijpur, Munsirhat of Uluberia subdivision in Howrah district, West Bengal. Some locals here reportedly killed 5 Fishing cats for meat and illegal skin trade on that day. Such incidences in Howrah are rampant because it falls outside the purview of protected areas with lesser surveillance and presence of government and non-government organisations. According to a report published and circulated in 2010-11, 27 Fishing cats were killed within the span of 18 months in Howrah. In this regard, we as scientists, conservationists and concerned citizens would like to appeal to the Forest Department to take immediate measures to punish the culprits who committed this heinous crime and is driving the State Animal of West Bengal (Schedule I, WPLA,1972; Endangered, IUCN Red List, 2010) species to the brink of extinction. The punishment should set an exemplary instance to others with similar mentalities. We urge you to form a Fishing Cat Protection Force in Howrah, a stronghold of Fishing cats due to presence of freshwater marshes, to prevent the recurrence of such incidences in the future. We pledge our full assistance to your department for all immediate actions. Thank you,

Requested traffic signal near Coahulla Creek High School
I would like to request that a new traffic signal be installed at the intersection of Crow Rd and GA-2 in Varnell, GA. Petition to CNMI Government
PLEASE REOPEN the 50m POOL! No monetary support requested. 当活動は署名のみをお願いしています。
The 50 meter pool under the operation of Kan Pacific Saipan Ltd had closed on September 30, 2018. Based on the local newspaper, the CNMI Government and private companies are still in negotiation of the facility at Marpi property including 50m pool. It has been a week (it’s 10/7 today) since no chemical treatment which causes critically damage to water and pool. However, swimmers are not giving up. They stared practicing at the beach until they get the pool back. The manual and online petition of almost 14,000 signatures are submitted to the CNMI Government on October 4, 2018 but we will continue until we see our kids to be in that 50m pool and give us a smile. Please continue helping them by signing this petition in order to reopen the pool from discontinuation. "We want to continue swimming."
Petition to President Trump
Emergency meeting requested with Mr. President Trump regarding Kratom!
Dear Mr. President Trump, This Petition is written, submitted and signed by the voiceless Americans who throughout the past ten plus years have had to continuously defend an emerging “Agro-forestry” tree leaf commodity product located primarily in South East Asia from unjust, corporate pressured bureaucratic oppression! My name is Neil Switkowski, I am the CEO of Kratom Commodity Markets, Corp a Former US Marine in addition to being a Texas licensed Private Investigator, Financial Intelligence Officer, Fugitive Recovery Officer, Personal Protection Officer and Security Contractor who has been involved in the kratom industry sense 2006. I have developed a domestic and global solution for:: -Farmers, brokers and exporters -Importers, -Pharmaceutical company's, -OTC product producers, -Nutraceutical/ Herbalist product producers and multiple governments alike. As the author of this document it is my intent, along with the intent of the signers of this petition to express to you directly Mr. President, that we (the multitude of voiceless Americans) would like a 15 minute meeting attended by you personally at the White house where myself as well as other industry experts can present evidence and facts based from the position of a private investigator team getting ready to go to court to defend this entire industry. The amount of people who die from various “FDA Approved Drugs” per year is staggering, but somehow a rational thinking person has to deal with an argument that a tree leaf from S. E. Asia consumed as a tea and used successfully for thousands of years by those indigenous populations without glaring infertility, long term addiction or cancer issues, needs to be scheduled! The hypocrisy of the FDA on this position is astounding! Regardless of Americans background (kratom user or not) we can see the injustice in the propaganda and persecution platform being played out in front of our eyes as we sign this petition of grievance! This is what makes us voiceless, our support, personal testimonials, facts, thousands of years of historical use and scientific evidence have been ignored by the few in positions of “extreme power” in order to once again begin a useless, unjust prohibition campaign using sub-standard assumptions, miss-information or worse outright “fake facts” in order to justify their continued assault on Americans seeking alternative products in the marketplace! As a result of these continued activities of unjust oppression of kratom all Americans, Republicans, Democrats, Libertarians and Independents, young and old are experiencing an injustice, together, all of us Mr. President! The Kratom industry along with the many voiceless Americans who support kratom would like to respectfully discuss the following: - How Kratom is developing into a global “Agro-forestry” commodity market that can improve the lives of a half a billion plus people in S. E. Asia and tens of millions of people here in the U.S.A! - How Kratom can impact matters of National Security, Foreign Policy and American safety abroad! Including subjects like: Domestic and International laws, treaties, UN, IMF, World Bank and counter-international terrorism operations, international-counter corruption operations, counter-money laundering activities, along with other international and national law enforcement activities and many other vitally importing issues directly related to the emerging global kratom industry which can be explored further by Mr. Switkowski at this meeting as well! - How “Executive Orders” signed by you Mr. President, actually affect the Kratom industry! You should know all the facts, sir! - Kratom is related to the coffee plant and more akin to an herbal aspirin alternative (aspirin was originally found in the bark of the willow tree) and NOT a “opioid” by its very chemical structure, but could Kratom help mitigate some of the almost 60,000 deaths a year from the opioid epidemic? If kratom can save one life, just one, that life is worth 15 minutes of your time, sir! - We will discuss how from farmers in S. E. Asia to consumers worldwide want to be allowed to invest in and develop this emerging billion dollar global market free of unnecessary interference from excessive government regulations! - An American lead global investment in a “NEW Agro-Forestry Commodity Market” could help develop huge financial investment opportunities creating financial freedom for Americans from all walks of life? - The slightest possibility to financially improve the lives of a half a billion people in S. E. Asia as well as here at home requires an honest evaluation as an economic addition to the 21st century domestic and global economy and all of this starts with just a 15 minute exploration of the facts and the possibility's, Mr. President! - We can show how Kratom can help your administration promote sustainable growth and international peace throughout South East Asia for generations to come. - We can present a legitimate long-term plan that has been established and already implemented to safe guard the consumer and industry as a whole, using history and technology as an example of how to develop a new market, which can be demonstrated! - Mr. President Trump, The majority of Americans understand that emerging global markets can be complicated, and that setting up stable supply-chains for the safe, efficiently managed forest farms, exported, manufactured and distributed products from herbalist to pharmaceutical companies can be difficult and easily corrupted, that is why we are seeking this meeting directly with you sir. - This industry is in it's infancy, the entire kratom industry and the multitude of voiceless Americans are asking for the kind of opportunities that can come with a natural, organic free market-oriented exploration and growth of a new "niche market" happening not only here in America, but globally. With your attention sir, Americans can help lead the way in providing an example of how a new product gets integrated into a dynamic domestic and global marketplace for the 21st century! That is why “we are all” petitioning you, from sea to shining sea, hear our voices, hear our calls and concerns as fellow Americans! Mr. President, please, sit down with Neil Switkowski and some of our other industry leading experts as part of his “investigative team” to discuss for 15 minutes the above mentioned issues. This 15 minute meeting Mr. President, could positively impact the lives of billions of people for generations to come! I believe you will understand Mr. President why I have to fight for these voiceless, faceless, nameless people being attacked by “government officials” as the CEO of a global commodity market. Myself and many others are ready to present a case for an entire industry, to show you what it is today and what it could be for tomorrow! Together, we can help lead a new global agro-forestry industry for the 21st Century! Mr. President, I know we can count on your openness and willingness to listen to our calls of action to help us voiceless and ignored Americans by responding to this petition and setting a date and time for a meeting. Thank you Mr. President for your time and attention to this matter!Petition Signed by, Seriously concerned voiceless Americans!Written and submitted for petition by, Neil Switkowski, CEO, Kratom Commodity Markets, Corp.Kratomcommoditymarkets.orgKratomsecurityexpert.org P.S. Mr. President, this petition is written to you on behalf of the many voiceless Americans, however, we must also hear the global voiceless individuals who are desperate to be able to experience a “good life” too. All of these voiceless people have been ignored for far too long. Millions of people are desperate for the possibility of an amazing future and this market has the potential to give them a great life story!

Petition to ISC Board
Lineancy is requested in correcting ISC 12th grade Math paper
ISC 12th grade students felt that 2019 Math Question paper was very lengthy and little tricky as well. They needed time to think and answer even for 2 mark questions. Due to this, time was not sufficient to complete and revise the paperwork. So many students couldn't complete the paper in the time given. This decides the student's future. Considering student's welfare, we kindly request ISC board to either correct lineantly or give bonus marks to children who couldn't complete the paper. Kindly sign the petition and support the students.

BlueCross BlueShield North Carolina: Keep your end of the deal and pay the claims
My daughter needs IV treatment each month to fight a debilitating and life threatening auto-immune disease called Dermatomyositis. BlueCross BlueShield of North Carolina is denying claims for vital treatment. When you pay your insurance premiums and do what you are supposed to do, the insurance company should do their part and pay for the appropriate treatment. Instead, when we called the BlueCross BlueShield to get approval for her life-saving treatment, BlueCross told me and the hospital that that we didn't need pre-authorization. Then, they changed their mind and now want my family to pay a bill of $240,000. Since the CEO just got a $1.6 MILLION bonus for 2012 from revenues of $5.7 Billion, it doesn't appear that costs are a concern. Patrick Getson, a VP, got a $232,788 BONUS for 2012. Please sign my petition to tell BlueCross that they need to do their part and live up to their responsibilities to us as subscribers to their policy. We did what we were supposed to do, and they need to do what they are supposed to do and pay for these claims. Here is what happened... My daughter Morgan has been fighting a rare autoimmune disease for almost 3 years. She was diagnosed at age 11, and she went from being a tremendous athlete to being unable to ride her bike, walk up the stairs, or play sports. After over a year of trying to find an answer to the problems, we finally got a diagnosis of Juvenile Dermatomyositis, a rare auto-immune disease that affects the skin, muscles, and the vascular system which causes problems all over the body like joint pain, severe headaches, GI issues, and sometimes heart and lung issues as well. Since she was diagnosed, we have known several children who have died from this disease, and we have done everything we can to make sure that she is getting the correct treatment. The very first thing we did is to make sure we had adequate insurance coverage. We already had great insurance, and we backed that up by increasing the amount we put into HSA accounts. We found the right health care experts as this is a rare disease and not many peopole know much about it or how to treat it. We followed treatment recommendations to the letter and we learned as much as we could about the disease. We modified our entire life behavior to help reduce the chances of her disease getting worse by doing things like staying out of the sun and skipping pool and beach trips because the sun makes her disease worse. As she was treated, the first line treatments weren't helping and she was getting worse. The doctors said that she needed to be admitted to get the second line treatment. Once again, we did what we were supposed to do, and we made sure the hospital called the insurance for authorization. Each and every month, the hospital called and spoke to BlueCross of North Carolina on the phone. Each month, they told the hospital that authorization was not required. The second line treatment is an infusion called Introvenous Immunoglobin (IVIG). This medication has been like a gift from God and it has made a HUGE impact on her disease. She gets it every four weeks, and we can always tell when it is close to the time to go back as she starts getting worse again. As soon as she gets the treatment, we see improvement again. It is not a fun treatment for her to get. She has to be in the hospital, has to get an IV inserted, is woken up ever hour during the night to be sure her vitals are stable, and she suffers extreme headaches after it. But, she gladly goes without complaining because she knows it helps her. BlueCross paid some of the claims for her treatment and denied others. The hopsital was confused as they had followed the same authorization process and billed them exactly the same way. They tried appealing them first without even telling me what was going on. By the time I knew they were appealing these odd ones, BC had then denied many, many more items. I called them thinking it was just some weird mistake since it was approved one month, denied the next, approved the following. They said that a person had reviewed the ones that were denied and a machine had approved the ones that had been approved. I have formally appealed their decision based on the fact that the hospital called for authorization each time and was told it wasn't required. They have denied the appeal saying that it has been their policy since 2010 that it requires authorization and that the fact that we didn't know that isn't their fault as it was buried in their policies. This makes absolutely NO sense since we DID try to get authorization. How do you get authorization if you are told you don't need it when you ask for it? I have already spent countless hours on this appeals process and many sleepless nights worrying about being bankrupted by this $240,000 bill. Additionally, I worry about how she is going to get the treatment in the future as I am still having some issues with approvals even now that we DID finally get them to write an authorization for a year. Just getting that letter required talking to many people and demanding it as they kept telling us it wasn't required. Thanks for your support, and I wish you and your family good health. All of the sudden, we were thrown into this health care mess the day she was diagnosied. We need to hold insurance companies accountable. Unfortunately, from talking to others, this type of experience is far too common.
