Pétition de soutien pour porter une requête auprès de la Commission Européenne des Droits de l'Homme concernant l'imposition du port du masque dans les écoles pour les enfants de 6 ans à 11 ans.
Nous avons 15 jours pour agir !Nous avons besoin de chacune de vos signatures pour participer à la plus importante mobilisation de parents, grands- parents et citoyens sensibles à l'obligation du port du masque pour les plus de 6 ans, affaire portée devant la Cours Européenne des Droits de l'Homme.
Suite au dernier protocole sanitaire mis en place par le gouvernement à la rentrée du 02 novembre 2020, qui impose le port du masque obligatoire dès 6 ans à l'école, plus de 400 collectifs se sont mis en place sur le territoire français et se sont coordonnés dans le but de :
– rassembler les citoyens s'interrogeant sur le port du masque pour les enfants autour d'actions concrètes (manifestations, pétition, étude d'impact, relation avec les personnels enseignants et encadrants) – interpeller les élus, députés, sénateurs et les membres du gouvernement, – s'informer et relayer des études sur le port du masque pour les enfants, – faire des recours juridiques devant des institutions afin d'abroger l'obligation du port du masque dans les écoles. Nous, 40 000 parents des collectifs nationaux, sommes bien conscients de la situation sanitaire et des enjeux de santé publique. Et dans le même temps, notre devoir parental de garantir pour nos enfants un cadre de vie sain et propice à leur épanouissement, nous amène à :
– Nous questionner sur l’efficacité sanitaire de faire porter le masque aux enfants à l’école – Alerter sur la nocivité (physique, émotionnelle et psychologique) des masques pour nos enfants – Nous préoccuper par l’actuel recul des libertés individuelles et la dégradation des conditions d'apprentissage et de scolarisation de nos enfants, dû au protocole sanitaire. – Être favorable à un assouplissement proportionné du protocole.
Depuis la mise en œuvre du port du masque dans toutes les écoles, des études étayées confirment nos premières impressions.Les enfants ne sont ni contaminants entre eux, ni envers les adultes. Des médecins se positionnent sur les risques liés au port du masque pour les enfants et l'adulte accompagnant [1].
Une récente étude allemande [2], réalisée sur plus de 25 000 enfants conclut en particulier qu’un pourcentage non négligeable d’enfants souffre des effets du port prolongé du masque : Irritabilité (60%), maux de tête (53%), difficultés à se concentrer (50%), tristesse (49%), réticence à fréquenter l’école (44%), malaise (42%), troubles d’apprentissage (38%), fatigue et somnolence (37%).
Concernant le Variant anglais, de nombreux médecins britanniques rassurent, les enfants sont peu atteints et peu contagieux. [3].
C'est pourquoi, nous souhaitons votre soutien pour porter notre requête devant la Cour Européenne des Droits de l'Homme afin de « suspendre l'exécution de l'article 36 II 5° du décret n°2020-1310 du 29/10/2020 prescrivant les mesures générales nécessaires pour faire face à l'épidémie de Covid-19 en tant qu'il impose le port du masque obligatoire pour les enfants âgés de 6 à 11 ans dans les établissements scolaires ».

Jaden Barber, Jeffrey McGough and Devon Hunter brutally killed Connor and Bo on January 29th 2022 in his home this was premeditated they all went there with the intention of taking Connors life. Connor was chased throughout his home and shot 6 TIMES ! They shot his dog Bo and killed him while he tried to help fight for his owners life! These criminals deserve nothing LESS THAN THE MAXIMUM SENTECE FOR MURDER ALL OF THEM! Yet Jaden Barber has been out walking the streets of our community for over a year now after committing MURDER!!! HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE???Please please help us try to get answers. No news of court dates, no news of anything other than Jaden Barber may only receive 3 years? No that can not possibly be correct? Unfortunately we are dealing with some issues legally Jaden Barber and his family are well known in the community and is friends with family members of the current District Attorney. I would like for there to be a more diverse school system and curriculum at Triocoi University Lafayette, IN campus. The rules are often changed but not followed through consistently with some students at certain times.
I am a victim of being falsely accused & deformation of character by a woman whose a teacher at and a few other administrative staff accused me of stealing from the school & forcing people (my personal clientele) into payments.
I was terminated & dropped from a program I completely changed my life and was paying out of pocket for. Instead of asking the clients I had directly did I force them to do anything. For example, I’ve had clients before I started school. This one client in particular came to the school a few times he was told about the the write offs & payment process. By him knowing me personally outside of the school he decided to pay me directly through Apple Pay ; I then paid the school in full.
I did not steal anything from Triococi. I would like to be able to complete what I started. I only have a few months left in the program and I personally do not feel like I deserved to be terminated without warnings based off here say. If there is not proof I forced anyone into a payment then I should be able to be reinstated into the program. I have signed statements from the clients I’ve been accused of stealing from stating that they were fully aware of the payment process & that nothing was forced. Read more

Is there a hidden agenda? There are many changes being made without involving the staff, students, or parents at Phelps. We question the principal’s motives because our school is being changed drastically before our eyes. JROTC is at risk of being taken away, teachers are being replaced, school traditions have been looked over and the disciplinary system is not just. The tier system isn’t incorporated, instead it jumps to the extreme. There’s a cultural imbalance and the students demand equal cultural access. The school is being divided. The students are underestimated by the leadership in the school, the principal doesn’t even believe in the students at Phelps. The principal at Phelps is not a match for the school!
