Stop the ongoing genocide in southern Kaduna and bring the Government to question

The people of Southern Kaduna State in Northwest Nigeria have been subjected to continuous attacks and killing by Fulani herdsmen leaving thousands of innocent and vulnerable people butchered in their sleep by these daredevils. They have been driven from their ancestral lands and same occupied by their killers. These same killer herders also release their cattle into their farms to destroy their only source of livelihood. The people are currently living in penury in the midst of the continuous attacks. The governments have failed to provide security for the lives and property in the community. The governments have failed to apprehend the individuals or groups responsible for the continuous killing of innocent southern Kaduna indigenes. Many times the attackers attack the communities and remain there for hours without any challenge or resistance from the States security personnel only for the military to arrive after the people have been killed and the attackers left. The government follow it with 24hrs curfew incapacitating the ability of the communities to defend themselves. Most times while the communities remain lockdown under the state's imposed curfew, the killer herders again invade the communities killing scores of innocent and defenceless children and aged. What is going on in southern Kaduna can rightly be called ethnic cleansing and genocide. We call on Human rights Organizations around the world, United Nations Organization, International Criminal Court and the government of the United States of America to intervene in this unending massacre of the innocent people of southern Kaduna.

Sarah Everard's Law - Criminal defence cannot question the victim's clothing in a case

Leaving a positive legacy: Proposal for Sarah Everard's Law - The criminal defence team cannot build or support a case based on what clothing the victim was wearing. This will hopefully be in the form of a bill amendment to be brought forward via a local MP.   Sarah Everard's case tragically demonstrates that what a woman wears in public should be no cause or deterrent to her being targeted as a victim of violence. The decision to cause harm always rests with the perpetrator. It is now 2021 and about time the Law and Courts recognise this fact. She was just walking home.  *If the Everard family would like to take over this petition or have it removed, please let me know and I will do so immediately. **The reason I chose to also include Assistant Commissioner Nick Ephgrave in the photo is that I felt he spoke to the press with sincerity and concern as a father and a male who cares for women in his life and in wider society. (This was also before the events at Clapham Common Bandstand...)

For the Canadian and American government to re-evaluate civil rights for black people

Ever since the beginning of time, black people have been put down and mistreated as if we were not made by God himself. You do not have to believe in God to see that this act of cruelty and hatred is evil. They think we are just thugs, athletes, or rappers. Black people are much more than that. We are strong, We are unique, We are beautiful. My people have been killed unjustly and the way we can get to the bottom of this is by standing together as one and doing what we believe is right. I refuse to be a victim of racism. I refuse! If you sign this petition, you are going to help us spread awareness of racism and open our way to get our rights and freedoms. We don’t have to be the ones to change the world, we can spark the ones that can! One step at a time we will find our way through this pain, and learn to be one. Racism is a disgusting thing and it does not belong here. Black people are dying everyday because of the hatred of others, in a country where the creed they believe is “All men are created equal”. I truly have not seen that yet, a country where the anthem represents freedom. Where is the freedom for my people without them getting discriminated against. This may not be happening in my city, community, or country but this is happening to my people. I see all the videos and it makes my brothers and sisters blood boil. So we have decided to step up!
