We are calling on His Excellency the Governor-General of Australia to dissolve parliament as outlined under section 5 within the Constitution of Australia due to their blatant disregard for the rules governing the conduct of their own ministers and corrupt behaviour.
The science has been very clear and settled for decades and now people in Australia are dying due to the misinformation and doubt that this Government are spreading in order to protect their mates in the Coal and resources industry, they have sold us out and have constantly proven to us that they no longer represent us.
The recent fires in NSW are just the beginning as things will undoubtedly get worse, the people on the ground who live in the area with an intimate knowledge of the history of bushfires in the area are saying something is different as bushfires are getting more and more severe and happening earlier and earlier, but this government has pointedly refused to even entertain the idea as it will infringe upon their own political agenda, they have refused to take leadership on this issue and to start the conversation to determine the causes of these issues and have even gone into hiding. They have had 6 years to take meaningful action and now they simply have to go.
They have completely misused the power granted them and need to understand that it’s a privilege and not a right to govern this nation, over and over we hear of them blatantly exposing their corrupt behaviour yet they deny that they are doing anything wrong as to them it is completely normal behaviour it is how they have done things for years. There is no oversight of our Government as we have no federal ICAC, they say the system is working yet it’s obvious the system as it is currently is broken.
There have also been many vulnerable Australian deaths as a result of the policies and indifference of this Government. They have lost the right to govern us and have forgotten that they have been elected as representatives.
Number of foreseeable deaths which have occurred since the LNP were elected:
• Between 1 July 2013 and 30 June 2015, 115 deaths occurred in prison custody, with 54 deaths in 2013–14 and 61 deaths in 2014–15. Several other questionable decisions made by this Government include the water buybacks, NBN downgrade, the Parakeelia rort, Great Barrier Reef Foundation funding, shutting down opposition debate to the union busting bill, Medivac repeal, lack of investigation into Gladys Liu, continued support of Angus Taylor.
All the decisions that they make add up and can only mean 1 thing which is they do not respect our democracy, our country or it’s people. They are in it only for themselves to make themselves and their mates richer than they already are while taking money and dignity from everyone else. They won the last election through lies and deceit and have stacked every major agency with people friendly to the Liberal party so they will never be investigated, the madness taking over the political scene must end and a message needs to be sent to all political parties that this type of behaviour will not be tolerated, they need to understand that they are there to govern for all Australians and not just those who can fund their campaigns so we ask that the Governor General take action and help us send this message.Read more

Why we are doing this?
This is not a politically motivated petition. We write this because we are concerned about the national security of our country, the safety of our men & women in the armed forces and the unacceptable influence big business houses have on this Govt.
Through the Rafale matter, it has become clear, that the Modi govt. will go to any lengths, put at stake anything to help its friends make money. Who in turn fund construction of expensive BJP offices, election campaigns and BJP's PR machinery. This unholy nexus has to be done with. Refer list of invitees to the PM Modi's Paris visit where the deal was announced. No prizes for guessing who was at the top of the list.
Even BJP old timers have criticized the govt. on this deal.
As a first step, we demand the resignation of our Hon'ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi, whose govt. has time and again mislead the nation on this matter and is clearly a significant partner in this unholy nexus.

What are we talking about?
The recent statements by ex-Prez. of France have put a serious question mark on the integrity of the Defense Ministry, Finance Ministry and the PMO. The "Business Friendly" Modi govt. has always been accused of being partial to business houses of India. That the friendship would trump India's national security itself has been an eye-opener.
Not only has the Rafale deal cost 3 times than originally intended to the tax payer, Indian govt's push for selection of Reliance Defense as partner to Dassault has also raised questions on Modi govt's attitude towards National Security of the country.
The Modi govt. first made a flip flop in Parliament on commercials of the deal, it then deemed HAL as an unfit partner for Dassault and claimed it had nothing to do with Reliance Defense being selected as a partner, all highlight the multiple attempts the Modi govt. has made to conceal facts from the public and mislead the nation.HAL, a govt. owned unit has 70 years of experience in aircraft manufacturing. It has worked on LCA Tejas, Sukhoi Su-30MKI and other aircrafts. Whereas, Reliance Defense has ZERO experience in aircraft manufacturing. In fact it was less than a month old when it was awarded the contract. However, defying all common sense, Modi govt., deemed HAL unfit to partner with Dassault.
Ex-HAL chief TS Raju told HT, "When HAL can build a 25-tonne Sukhoi-30, a fourth-generation fighter jet that forms the mainstay of the air force, from raw material stage, then what are we talking about? We could have definitely done it (licence produced the Rafale jets)".
The selection of Reliance Defense as partner to Dassault in such a critical deal has made India unsafe. In a neighbourhood with two not so friendly nuclear powers at our borders, national security takes paramount importance.
Based on his government's attempts to mislead the nation on this matter we consider Prime Minister Narendra Modi unfit for the office that she holds. Therefore, we demand his resignation in the interest of national security.
We all should speak in one voice and let it be known that money cannot run this country and we will not allow people to sell this country to big business houses.

Police Brutality whether on duty or off duty is an extremely egregious act and a disservice to the community that they have VOWED to service and protect. Joel Acevedo only 25yrs old held many dreams and aspirations to one day serve and protect his community of Milwaukee. Acevedo was placed in a fatal chokehold by off duty Police Officer, Michael Mattioli, resulting in the death of Acevedo 6 days later in the ICU. Acevedo was invited to Mattioli's home for a get-together with friends during a nationwide stay at home order due to COVID-19 on April 19, 2020.
Since then Officer Mattioli continues free on bond from the first charges of first-degree reckless injury and strangulation, and is still receiving pay after Acevedo's death was ruled a homicide!! Charges against Mattioli have now officially been ruled as first-degree reckless homicide. The family of Acevedo is calling for IMMEDIATE arrest and termination of Officer Mattioli, the immediate release (to the family and Attorney of Acevedo) of body cam footage (worn by the first responding officers who witnessed Mattioli straddling Acevedo), the release of the 911 phone call (which Acevedo's last gasps for air can be clearly heard along with his last words pleading to let him go home), as well as the arrests of the two additional individuals who are believed to have assisted and facilitated the strangulation of Joel Acevedo.
