Learn more about the case here Justice For Tamla Horsford Learn more about Forsyth County Forsyth Exposed Forsyth Sheriff-(770) 781-2222 Forsyth Sheriff's Office Ronnie H Freeman is the current sheriff in Forsyth County. His office was in charge of the death investigation of Tamla Horsford. There are several issues with his investigation. First, the lead supervising investigator, Andy Kalin, was friends with one of the persons of interest, Jose Barrera. Andy Kalin, a personal friend of the sheriff, was hired after Ron was elected sheriff. Andy had no prior police experience but was hired in at a high position, bypassing the Forsyth County new hire protocol. Which includes a polygraph, background testing, etc. Ron Freeman's 2016 Campaign Manager, Anna Debolis is friends with most of the person's of interest. Not to mention that Jose Barrera has been a long time employee that works directly with the Forsyth County sheriff's office. The first step in getting Justice for Tamla Horsford is getting Ron Freeman out of office as sheriff, he is corrupt and unethical and is obstructing Horsford's friends and family of justice. The hope is if Ron gets fired, sent to jail or whatever, there is a higher chance Tamla Horsford's Case gets re-investigated Sheriff Ron Freeman has a history of protecting his own personal interest instead of the community and safety. Of community safety and interest when it comes to justice. He resigned from the city of Brookhaven in 2014 after being caught trying to alter the personnel file of an officer who was fired for posting racially insensitive photos online. Sheriff Ron Freeman had this same officer help his campaign, and he subsequently works at the coroner's office now. Jeanne Meyers, Nichole Lawson, Stacy Smith, Jose Barrera, and Tom Smith, need to be re-investigated and questioned about what happened on the night of Nov 4th. Someone knows something, and between Dunkin Donut gift cards,(Jeanne attempted to bribe detectives with gift cards during the investigation) and privilege, someone has gotten away with murder! Ron has multiple dealings with persons of interest and allowed them to meddle with the investigation, bully, and harass the victim's friends and family. Their numerous inconsistent stories do not add up. There was evidence that was overlooked or thrown away. Please sign this petition to show support to the St-Jour, Horsford Family.

It shows teens (white teens) kneeling on the neck of another teen and with a big smile on their face. This is a racist, inhumane challenge and needs to be deleted from TikTok IMMEDIATELY!!! We’re calling for TikTok to remove anything related to this challenge NOW! We’re asking TikTok to remove its users from TikTok too, if such a challenge is posted on their app, for at least a week, as a reminder that such hate will not be tolerated. If TikTok does not remove such challenge, a petition will follow to BOYCOTT TikTok. Please sign, in the hopes of having this disgusting display of “humanity” removed. It starts with our children, and our children need to be taught that this is wrong on every level of humanity. Hit and Run Involving Animals

On June 13, 2017, we lost our beloved dog Rocky. It started like every morning we woke up and started getting ready for school and work and most importantly taking Rocky for his morning walk. As I started our walk, Rocky spotted a cat and following his instincts he decided to chase it. This is nothing new and usually I would lock the leash and pull him away from the cat but this morning was different. As I locked the leash and he pulled forward, the leash malfunctioned, broke and he got away. The cat ran across the road and our Rocky followed him right into an on coming SUV. I saw the SUV running over him and immediately the driver drove away. Our Rocky was pronounced dead when we arrived at the vet. There are no words that can describe how we all feel or how his death impacted our family. The loss and heartbreak we feel is unimaginable. The same day, we called the City Enforcement, Humane Society, and the Police. We were shocked to learn that our domestic animals have no rights when it comes to car accidents. We understand that this is not the driver’s fault in this particular case since our dog did run into the street and the driver had no chance to stop. Our issue is that the driver left without checking on the animal which would have been the proper & humane thing to do. We also found that there is of a sort a double standard when it comes to domestic pets. Pets are considered the property of their owners same as your house, car or the tree on your front lawn. But here is the double standard; if someone damages your property, they must remain at the scene and report the accident to authorities; otherwise they will be charged with leaving the scene and possibly face criminal charges. But if they hit your pet, they are not obligated to do anything. If you hit a dog in anger or mistreat a dog, you can be charged with animal cruelty but hitting the animal with your car and leaving the scene of the accident and letting the pet suffer in pain or die is legal. We would like to recommend the following changes to the Highway Traffic Act: 1. If you hit a wild animal with your car you must notify the Humane Society so that they can dispatch the proper personal to treat the animal appropriately. 2. If you hit a domestic animal with your car you must stop, check on the animal and take the animal to a vet unless the owner of the animal is at the scene and he/she is able to provide the proper care. If not offer assistance. 3. Failure to do the above will result in a fine and possibly animal cruelty charges. Furthermore, we recommend that a portion of the fine be given to the Humane Society or any other animal related charities. We would also like to see the following change to insurance policies in specific property insurances: 1. If domestic animals are considered property, then they should be treated as such under the property insurance policy and this could be an add-on option to your policy. If your pet is hurt by a car, the insurance should cover the vet costs associated with the accident.

Thanks for taking the time to read this petition. On January 12th 2021, a panel known as the "Steelhead work group" presented arguments to the Washington Legislature pertaining to the ongoing management decisions by the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife for Washington coast steelhead fishing. Presenters from both for and against the "no fishing from floating devices", gave testimonies where it became clear that the WDFW decision making process focused on a small group of individuals siding with the state agreeing with the closure. The WDFW claimed that they received overwhelming support for the restrictions but we believe that the WDFW should have taken into account the vast MAJORITY of anglers that do not side with that statement and this petition is a great tool to show just that. This petition is by no means brushing off the need for conservation measures to protect wild steelhead. In fact, we are passionate about wild steelhead.While escapement forecasts in some regions are underperforming, there are many basins that don't warrant the need for these restrictions and are forecasted to be well above escapement. Within a couple of those, there are also hatchery runs where anglers will need to have access to catch and capitalize on bringing a fish home. This access come from the form of "Fishing from a floating device." The WDFW has set a dangerous precedent with these current restrictions. By signing this petition you are agreeing that : ---The WDFW needs to take a harder look at equitable solutions to steelhead management for all user groups.---The anglers of WA State discourage these "blanket" approaches to management and restrictions---Without river specific studies regarding the amount of current boat fishing pressure and available bank access, no quantitative analysis can be accurately used as a reduction to steelhead encounters---The anglers of WA ask that user groups like disabled, elderly, and young anglers not be excluded from participation---The anglers of WA disagree with the restriction of "no fishing from a floating device" as a management tool as it picks winners and losers for fishing access This is one small step on the long journey of calling for our state managers to get our steelhead runs in check. If the restrictions hold and user groups are left out, we run the risk of losing the steelhead's largest advocates for the future, the sport anglers of the Pacific North West.

Under Pennsylvania law, a drunk driver who kills someone faces a mandatory minimum penalty of three years in prison. Those who flee normally can only been charged with fleeing the scene of a fatal crash, which carries a mandatory minimum penalty of one year. Kevin's family and prosecutors want the penalties to match, so there's no incentive to flee. They want drivers to call 911 or stay to render aid. After the recent death of a father in a Laindon estate. Where he was killed for asking youths to be quiet at 9:30pm. This man has now lost his life. Kids without a Dad and a Mother without her Partner. All for 4 of the suspects on bail already due to their age. And with sentencing guidelines most likely not to get any prison time. This is a major issue that needs changing now! Keep them on remand and actual prison time!

Change the law surrounding car accidents involving cats.

There are an estimated 8 million pet cats in the UK currently. Cats are the 2nd most popular pet to us in the UK, after dogs. So how come cats get the raw end of the deal when it comes to reporting car accidents? My oldest cat, Leo, was hit by a passing car whilst he was outside. The car sped away and we were only informed by a neighbour who had witnessed it. Luckily, Leo was alright. I was so angry that the driver drove away without so much as trying to find out who owned him or alerting someone about it. Upon researching I found out that cats aren’t covered by the same law as other animals including cattle and ‘man’s best friend’ dogs. I love both animals very dearly - but who’s to say that one life is to be treated differently to another. The resoning is that cats are ‘free to roam’ therefore it’s their own fault and the driver shouldn’t have to report it. So how come humans who are also ‘free to roam’ are reported when they are knocked down? Cats and humans are obviously not the same but I can tell you that I love my pets more than I love a lot of people. So why shouldn’t someone have to report hurting them? I believe it is unjust and unfair that it’s legal to hit and run a cat and not report it. Please help me make a difference by signing my petition. Together we can help our furry feline friends get the justice they deserve.

We believe that all students within the East Side Union High School District deserve to feel safe and welcome at school. By ignoring the allegations made against a Student Suspect at Evergreen Valley High School, the ESUHSD is actively participating in enabling rape culture. The district does not want to acknowledge the safety, rights, and discomforts its students share. We need more than a single email containing false reassurances. As a community, we urgently demand that our concerns are heard and taken seriously. We demand that Superintendent Glenn Vander Zee and the ESUHSD Administration address the concerns of students and guardians. We want to see a zero-tolerance approach for current and future situations regarding other survivors of sexual violence. We plan to bring this petition to the district's Superintendent and present these demands: Students responsible must be held accountable for their actions. Reporting sexual assault and harassment to administrators needs to be easily accessible for all students. The district must oversee and teach students to understand the importance of consent and the lasting impacts of assault.
