For the most part of this year, room 320 at RLJH has dealt with poor heating. In the early winter, we dealt with frigid temperatures and a heater that would not produce heat. In early February we had them fixed and heat re-released to the classroom. In the following months, the weather warmed although the heating had not changed. The heater was still releasing as much as it had in the winter months. We spend at most 5 hours and 45 minutes in this classroom nearly every day. It is virtually impossible to concentrate and learn in these blistering conditions. The School administration are fully aware of this situation but have not yet taken action. That is why we need the help of the of the Rocky Lake Junior High community to get this issue fixed. Your voice is valuable to us and you have to right to have your opinion heard. I encourage anyone and everyone to please sign this petition to show your support for fellow students in your school. It is impossible to keep going in these conditions. Especially with masks and limited time outside the class. Your help and dedication is greatly appreciated.
