    RE ESTABLISH A CONSTITUTIONAL GOVT,THAT WAS FOUNDED IN 1776

    The Declaration of Independence 2019 The Want, Will, and Hopes of the PeopleThe Act of 1871 formed a corporation called THE UNITED STATES. The corporation, OWNED by foreign interests, moved in and shoved the original Constitution into a dustbin. With the Act of 1871, the organic Constitution was defaced — in effect vandalized and sabotage — when the title was capitalized and the word “for” was changed to “of” in the title. THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is the constitution of the incorporated UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. It operates in an economic capacity and has been used to fool the People into thinking it governs the Republic. It does is not! Capitalization is NOT insignificant when one is referring to a legal document. This seemingly “minor” alteration has had a major impact on every subsequent generation of Americans. What Congress did by passing the Act of 1871 was create an entirely new document, a constitution for the government of the District of Columbia, an INCORPORATED government. This newly altered Constitution was not intended to benefit the Republic. It benefits only the corporation of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and operates entirely outside the original (organic) Constitution. Instead of having absolute and unalienable rights guaranteed under the organic Constitution, we the people now have “relative” rights or privileges. One example is the Sovereign’s right to travel, which has now been transformed (under corporate government policy) into a “privilege” that requires citizens to be licensed. By passing the Act of 1871, Congress committed TREASON against the People who were Sovereign under the grants and decrees of the Declaration of Independence and the organic Constitution. The Act of 1871 became the FOUNDATION of all the treason since committed by government officials. The unanimous Declaration of the FIFTY STATES OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation. We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all HUMANS are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. — Such has been the patient sufferance of these STATES; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the UNITED STATES CORPORATION is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world. IT has refused ITS Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good. IT has forbidden ITS Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till ITS Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, IT has utterly neglected to attend to them. IT has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only. IT has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their Public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with ITS measures. IT has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness ITS invasions on the rights of the people. IT has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected, whereby the Legislative Powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the State remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within. IT has endeavored to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands. IT has obstructed the Administration of Justice by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary Powers. IT has made Judges dependent on ITS Will alone for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries. IT has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people and eat out their substance. IT has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies WORLDWIDE without the Consent of our legislatures. IT has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil Power. IT has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving ITS Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation: For quartering large bodies of armed troops AND MILITARIZED POLICE among us: For protecting them, by a mock Trial from punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States: For cutting off our Trade with OTHER parts of the world: For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent: For depriving us in many cases, of the benefit of Trial by Jury: For transporting us TO OTHER STATES to be tried for pretended offences: For abolishing the free System of CONSTITUTIONAL Laws in a neighboring Province, establishing therein an Arbitrary government, and enlarging its Boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these COUNTRIES For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments: For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever. IT has abdicated Government here, by declaring us DOMESTIC THREATS IF WE DONT CONFORM, and waging War against us. IT has POLLUTED our seas, DESTROYED our coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people. IT is at this time transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries to complete the works of death, desolation, and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & Perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation. IT has constrained our fellow Citizens taken PRISONER ON PETTY CHARGES to bear Arms against their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands. IT has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavored to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless RELIGIOUS EXTREMISTS, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions. In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury.     Reduce current mandatory 85 % to 65 retroactive for all offenders. Parole offered for all offenders- those who are sentenced under determinate or indeterminate sentence consider previous votes Reestablish good behavior and work credit credits

    Currently, the United States has the highest prison population than any other country. South Carolina currently has twenty four prisons through out the state. According to SCDC Profile as of June 30, 2014 there were over  20,000 inmates and over 10.000 of those inmates are sentenced under the Truth In sentencing Law.  Twenty years later there has not been any retroactive relief given to those who were sentenced and under the Truth In Sentence Law or any given to those who were sentenced under the determinate or indeterminate laws. There are inmates who has served more than twenty years and are still being denied parole for the same reason each time a parole hearing is given.  South Carolina  Parole Board requires an inmate to have a minimum of four votes  be considered for release. In most instances inmates are being denied for "nature of offense" for crimes that were committed greater than twenty years ago . South Carolina Department of Corrections requires that all inmates work within the institutions. Those inmates who work within these institutions  are not receiving pay and are not given any work credits that will help the inmate earn time reduction. The Institutions are receiving free labor from the inmates without giving them any incentives for the work they are doing.    In conclusion, the solutions that we pose are to reduce the mandatory minimum from 85% to 65 % retroactive including those with violent offensives, offering  parole eligibility for all offenders and those who are sentenced under the "old laws" consider previous votes towards current eligibility year and reestablishing both good behavior and work credits for all. Creating such solutions will allow the inmates the opportunity to work towards their freedom, independence and coming back into society as productive citizens. All institutions where inmates are required to work should offer trades or job training that will help the inmates earn pay while incarcerated or skills that will help them become employable after being released. There are men and women who daily strive towards making better choices than the one that lead to prison. Lets help them by establishing options that will help them come back into society as productive citizens.

    Support URDifferent, founded at the University of Rochester

    Over the past two years, several students and I at the University of Rochester have tried to start an official on-campus organization called URDifferent, which is one of the first of its kind. In short, it is an organization dedicated to both the awareness and culture of the neurodiverse community, which includes students and others with autism and other social/neurological differences. We seek to hold events that start dialogues between neurodiverse and typically-developing individuals about their experiences as well as recreational events for all where said individuals and groups can celebrate one another and their differences. These would include guest speaker and/or student panels, special interest nights, and potentially even month-long celebrations in April for Autism Awareness Month. More importantly, we want to use this to harbor a community that believes in the notion that all of our differences, whether neurological or otherwise, gives each of us an individually unique and infinite value that makes us inherently beautiful and worthwhile as people - a philosophy that is bold, positive, and one that we believe can be the key to not only uniting the neurodiverse and typically-developing communities, but all communities together. Our Struggle for RecognitionHowever, in applying to become a full organization, we were denied recognition by the University of Rochester's Student Association. They based their decision on the grounds that our mission and philosophy are too similar to other disability-related organizations - despite us not considering ourselves specifically disability-related - and that they could not be able to judge this group simply "based on [the] passion [of its members]". This is all despite us writing up a 12-page document outlining the specificities of the group and how it would run, including day-to-day practices, general meeting structures, and Executive Board positions. While their decision may be understandable, SA failed to see that not only would this group put Rochester on the map as founding one of the first collegiate organizations focusing primarily on autism and neurodiversity, but that our philosophy – highlighting something so much larger than just one community and celebrating how each individual is truly like no other – could be the driving force to help unite this community ever better on and off campus. Why We Need Your HelpAll of this is to say that the best way to convince those in SA that our organization and the philosophy behind it is worthwhile is to show them that others value it too, which is what this petition is for. We want to have as many people affiliated with the university as possible – students, faculty, alumni and others – to support this group and express that they believe this organization and its initiative is valuable enough to be given full recognition and financial support by SA and subsequently the university itself. If we are able to have enough individuals that are part of the university speak up about our organization and support it, it could show the overall demand and support for an organization like this at the university and thus likely be the push to help convince SA of giving us the funding and recognition we deserve. Your help and us getting this recognition helps us be able to accomplish our goals and help people of all kinds on campus, but furthermore sends the message that this campus and community truly care about those with autism and others in the neurodiverse community as well as, even more so, celebrate diversity and each person's individual beauty and uniqueness – something few campuses across the country have fully done before. As someone who has autism and was diagnosed very young, and as someone who hasn't always had a place to truly call home, I want to create a group that – while celebrating my differences and the way I see the world – is a place anyone with any difference can come to. I want to create a place where no one ever has to feel alone, a place where we can all know that while some of us are more different than others, we're all different in our own unique ways, and a place where we can all see our commonalities but truly love one another for the one thing we can each bring to this world that no one else can: ourselves. And helping this organization become that place and one that is equal and valued like any other on this campus is one big step towards that dream - one that I believe I share with so many other people too.     Call for urgent assistance to 32 refugees stuck at sea on rescue boat

    At this moment there is a boat of 32 refugees stuck at sea in need of urgent help as European countries refuse to open ports & provide shelter. The Sea-Watch search & rescue mission is still at sea 17 days after rescuing the refugees. Having been denied a port of safety, all those on board - including 2 children, 1 baby & 3 unaccompanied minors - are now enduring storms and dangerous conditions. I have spent the last few years volunteering with refugees. Through this work I met fellow UK volunteer Robin Jenkins, who is on the boat right now. He reports, “There are no ports in the Mediterranean that will allow us in” and how the refugees have shared stories of escaping “exploitation, slavery, violence and the nightmare that is current day Libya”. Robin warned that they have limited resources, including food and water. Phillip Hahn, Head of Mission on the vessel, Sea-Watch 3, has stated that “the Mediterranean, with its treacherous weather, is taking its toll on the already weakened people.” The refugees were rescued from an unseaworthy rubber vessel with a broken engine, leaking fuel off the coast of Malta on 22nd December. The rescue mission has since been denied a port of safety by five European counties; Italy, Malta, Spain, Netherlands & Germany. The UN refugee agency has called for the refugee’s ‘timely disembarkation at a nearby safe port’, recognising the very real danger all those onboard face.  The aim is to make so much noise we cannot be ignored! Let’s stand in solidarity with refugees & humanitarian volunteers and get them to safety now!  We have the following demands: We call on the UK Parliament to intervene, provide assistance and advocate for a port of safety for Sea-Watch 3.  We call on the Home Secretary, Sajid Javid & Foreign Minister, Jeremy Hunt to act to ensure the safety of both the crew & passengers aboard the Sea-Watch 3 vessel. This is not a sustainable situation and we would like for things to be different in 2019. Help us resolve what is going on here.     Transgender Rights

          The Trump-Pence administration plans to completely erase the work put forth by the LGBTQ community by destroying any reinforcement of non-discrimination laws. A report from the New York Times stated that The Department of Health and Human Services is spearheading this movement to define sex under Title IX. In doing so this will discriminate and negatively impact the lives of 2 million people. Our hope with this petition is to bring awareness to the head of this administration as well as the current Secretary of Health and Human Services Alex Azar, that there are millions of Americans who refuse to stand for this. This isn't about democrats or republicans, it's about people in our own country having the freedom to simply live their lives. People who have no agenda other than to live out their lives in such a way that allows them to be happy. It is in times such as these where we must rally around those in need and speak out for the well being of all citizens who inhabit this great nation. The people themselves hold the power to create something more than a country, more than a nation simply trying to prosper. We can create a brotherhood, a family, a sense of unity and a willingness to understand that will allow for Americans to live with pride. Sheltering those in need and supporting each other in our darkest hours. My hope is that in creating this, it will at the very least reach those of you who want to know you are not alone.
