The Scottish Government have announced that both NHS funded and privately funded fertility treatment only be available to those people that are vaccinated
If you are about to undergo ANY type of fertility treatment (not just IVF), or you're due to receive any type of fertility assisted medication- this will no longer be available unless vaccinated.
There have been reports of women being turned away whilst in the middle of treatment if they havent received their first vaccination. Couples who were due a transfer have been told they no longer qualify- their embryos (their potential children) are being left behind.
If you are currently unvaccinated, but have frozen embryos in storage, you will now no longer be able to access these unless you pay to have them transferred to a clinic in a different country (you would then have to have all your treatment carried out there too)
You will now no longer be eligible for any treatment.
I was always a firm believer in democracy and believed we lived in a democratic country where we had the choice of what we did with our own bodies. It seems this is no longer the case. This is absolutely coercion and people are having their choice taken away from them.
The government should not have the power to control whether someone gets to have a child based on their vaccination status
Regardless if your opinion on vaccines, surely you must be against this? This is a heartbreaking ruling for thousands of people, and now because of this - thousands of potential children will never get to be born.
If I didn't start my treatment early, the little innocent boy I'm carrying right now will have never had a chance of life.

憲法九条の素晴らしさを共有し、守り、活かし、世界に向けて広めていく取組の一つとして、実行委員会を組織し、ノルウェー・ノーベル委員会宛の署名活動を開始しました。
ノーベル平和賞は個人か団体に贈られるものなので、憲法は対象ではありません。しかし、EUが団体としてノーベル平和賞を受賞出来るなら、憲法前文から始まり基本的人権の尊重と徹底した戦争放棄を謳った憲法九条を戦後70年近く保持している日本国民も団体としてノーベル平和賞を受賞出来る可能性はあるのではないでしょうか。
日本国民は、積極的に憲法を活かすまでには至っていないかもしれません。しかし、世界中が武器を片手に戦力で物事を推し進めようとする圧力の中で、世界中の人の幸せと平和を願い、戦争への反省から、まず自ら率先して戦争の放棄、武力の不保持を定めた憲法を、戦後70年近くもの間保持してきました。このことによる世界の平和と安定への貢献は計り知れないほど大きいと言えるのではないでしょうか。
もちろん、日本国民全員が現憲法に賛成しているわけではありません。しかし、今現在も、今この時も、憲法を変えてはいません。これはひとえに、戦後、戦争への反省と平和への願いを込めて、大勢の方々が戦争の悲惨さと愚かさを語り継ぎ、祈りを込めて受け継がれてきた平和への願いがまだなお深く息づいているからだと思います。
そして、受賞に向けて、「世界の平和を願い戦争しないことは良い事であり、守り、広めていこう！!」という価値観の共有自体にも、意味があるのではないでしょうか。この改憲の危機に直面している今、世界の平和のために平和憲法を守り、活かし、広めていくための取組の一つとしてご理解・ご協力いただけましたら幸いです。

The Japanese Constitution is a pacifist constitution that stipulates renunciation of war in its preamble and notably Article 9. Article 9 in particular has been playing an important role since the end of WWII in preventing the Japanese government from waging war. Article 9 has become the hope of those who aspire for peace in Japan and the world. However, the Japanese Constitution is currently under the threat of being revised.
To spread a peace constitution in all the countries of the world, we request that the Nobel Peace Prize be given to the Japanese citizens who have continued maintaining this pacifist constitution, Article 9 in particular, up until present.

日本国憲法
日本国民は、正当に選挙された国会における代表者を通じて行動し、われらとわれらの子孫のために、諸国民との協和による成果と、わが国全土にわたつて自由のもたらす恵沢を確保し、政府の行為によつて再び戦争の惨禍が起ることのないやうにすることを決意し、ここに主権が国民に存することを宣言し、この憲法を確定する。そもそも国政は、国民の厳粛な信託によるものであつて、その権威は国民に由来し、その権力は国民の代表者がこれを行使し、その福利は国民がこれを享受する。これは人類普遍の原理であり、この憲法は、かかる原理に基くものである。われらは、これに反する一切の憲法、法令及び詔勅を排除する。

われらは、いづれの国家も、自国のことのみに専念して他国を無視してはならないのであつて、政治道徳の法則は、普遍的なものであり、この法則に従ふことは、自国の主権を維持し、他国と対等関係に立たうとする各国の責務であると信ずる。

第二章 戦争の放棄
第九条 日本国民は、正義と秩序を基調とする国際平和を誠実に希求し、国権の発動たる戦争と、武力による威嚇又は武力の行使は、国際紛争を解決する手段としては、永久にこれを放棄する。
② 前項の目的を達するため、陸海空軍その他の戦力は、これを保持しない。国の交戦権は、これを認めない。
