CONFIDENCE IS KEY   I'll be talking about be confident just the way you are but before I start. I'm gonna ask a question, do you lack of confident of your self because you think you are ugly? And do. Stop caring to others comments, be confident. You have a perfect body proportions and all, you are not confident and beautiful, then you are wrong. Petition to Mark Dreyfus
Richard Boyle is a former ATO staff member who is currently facing life in prison for blowing the whistle on the ATO for its use of heavy handed tactics and revenue targets as motivation in its collection of debts. Before going public with this information he disclosed his concerns under the Public Interest Disclosure Act to the ATO where they were investigated and dismissed. He subsequently went public with this information which resulted in a investigation by Four Corners for ABC titled "Mongrel bunch of bastards". The issues he raised have since been reviewed by Treasury and the Inspector General of Taxation and resulted in changes to laws yet he is now on trial, having been charged with 66 offenses, though his actions were clearly performed for the public good. We call on Attorney-General Mark Dreyfus to intervene in this matter and end the prosecution of Richard Boyle. Prosecuting this individual will greatly discourage any other potential whistle-blowers from coming forward and further erode public faith in our institutions. https://www.abc.net.au/4corners/mongrel-bunch-of-bastards/9635026https://www.abc.net.au/news/2019-03-06/ato-whistleblower-faces-161-years-prison-possibility/10872350https://www.theguardian.com/australia-news/2018/apr/10/coalition-orders-investigation-into-alleged-unethical-behaviour-at-tax-officehttps://www.abc.net.au/news/2018-04-04/afp-raids-four-corners-whistleblower/9617698https://www.smh.com.au/business/the-economy/blowing-the-whistle-on-the-tax-office-s-cash-grab-20180404-p4z7rj.htmlhttps://www.smh.com.au/business/small-business/ato-whistleblower-faces-six-life-sentences-roughly-the-same-as-ivan-milat-20190226-p510d2.htmlRead more

Petition to Imperial Potentate Kenneth G. Craven
People around the world have woken up to a simple fact: the use of exotic animals in traveling entertainment is archaic and cruel. That is why numerous circuses, including Ringling Bros, have closed and hundreds of bans have been enacted in countries, states, counties, cities, and venues eliminating the practice of using animals in circuses. The Shriners will tell you that their circuses support children suffering from illness. However, the numerous "Shrine Circuses" that take place around the country only serve to support the operations of the individual Shrine chapters. The monies are used to "keep their lights on," not to provide funding to children in need. Most Shrine Circuses continue to make use of animals. The Shriners hire circuses which rent animals for their performances. For instance, Jordan World Circus, which often performs as a Shrine Circus, rents their elephant act from the Carden family. The Shriners COULD opt to host circuses without animals, yet they choose animal cruelty as a fundraising ploy.  The tigers, elephants, and other exotic animals used by these circuses are forced to travel continuously trapped in tiny cages and boxcars, beaten with bullhooks and whipped, and denied the opportunity to live any semblance of a natural life. All of this happens not for the benefit of children, but to pay for the operational costs of individual Shrine chapters. It is time that the Shriners did the right thing and instituted an organizational policy that no being should need to suffer for the enjoyment of another, no matter what the cause. Join us in asking Shriners International to ban the use of exotic animals in their circuses. Read more

Petition to Jeff LeRoy
I’m Lori Popkewitz Alper, mother of three boys, an eco-wellness consultant for businesses, schools, and homes, and creator of the Groovy Green Livin’ blog. Like many moms, my commitment to a greener lifestyle was strengthened after having children. I’m careful about what we eat, and am selective about products we use to keep our home clean. It probably goes without saying that in a house full of boys, we do a lot of laundry. I know that some cleaning products are marketed as safe and healthy, but in truth, what’s in the bottle can hurt you. For example, it turns out that Tide Free & Gentle® isn’t so gentle. A report recently released by Women’s Voices for Earth, Dirty Secrets: What’s Hiding in Your Cleaning Products? found high levels of the cancer-causing chemical 1,4-dioxane in the detergent. 1,4-dioxane doesn’t appear on the product label or on the product website, so consumers have no way of knowing it’s even there. This is especially concerning, because Tide Free & Gentle® is marketed to moms as a healthier choice for their children’s laundry. Infants and children are more vulnerable to chemical exposures, because their immune, neurological, and hormone systems are still developing. 1,4-dioxane is a known cancer-causing chemical, and has been linked in animal studies to increased risk of breast cancer. Procter & Gamble (makers of Tide®) already have experience stripping 1,4 dioxane out of its products; in 2010, the company reformulated its Herbal Essences® shampoo to eliminate 1,4-dioxane. Unfortunately, Dirty Secrets test results show that the company has not chosen to make the same effort for its laundry detergent. The Tide website says: Safety: The Most Important Ingredient in Tide®. If that’s true, then 1,4-dioxane should never have been in the product in the first place. Join Women’s Voices for the Earth, Healthy Child Healthy World and moms across the nation in demanding that Procter & Gamble (makers of Tide) strip this harmful cancer-causing chemical out of Tide Free & Gentle®!Read more

Petition to Ian Blackford, Boris Johnson, Jeremy Corbyn, Jo Swinson, Caroline Lucas, Nigel Farage, Jeremy Corbyn, Ian Blackford, Nigel Dodds, Adam Price
Hi, my name's Ben and in January 2018, I lost my younger brother, Sam, to suicide. He was just 15. That year he was one of 1,866 men under the age of 35 to die from suicide in the UK [Papyrus]. No one should ever have to experience the loss and confusion of losing someone to suicide and I hope that, with your help, this petition can save at least one family the awful pain I've had to and continue to face. In the UK, the most likely cause of death for a boy in a classroom is suicide. We spend a large amount of time at school as young people and I believe that teachers must be trained to be able to spot the signs of someone struggling and know how to help them get the support they need. Currently, the Government runs an initiative which selects a small number of staff members to take time out of their day to attend a course. Their aim is to achieve one 'mental health first aid trained' teacher per school. When I posed this to the Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, he agreed with me that this was not sustainable or effective. In response to my point that this training should be a mandatory part of teacher training he said it was “vital”. You can watch the conversation here. Since going to Downing Street to deliver the petition personally to the Prime Minister we have not seen any change. Following the Coronavirus Pandemic, mental health support is going to be more important than ever before. That's why I'm calling on the government to commit to their promise of introducing legislation to create a new teacher training standard which requires teachers to have a knowledge of mental health. If you believe we need to do more to prevent young people losing their lives to suicide, please sign and share this petition. People have often referred to my generation as snowflakes. Well, if we’re snowflakes, then let this be the avalanche. You can find out more on Instagram: @iambenwestRead more
