Save Taljai and Waghjai Hills. Pune Municipal Corporation is planning to construct roads, schools and theme park through these hills, destroying the wildlife and silence in the area. PMC is planning to build schools and theme parks into the forest area of taljai. But there are peacocks, peahens, and many other beautiful birds residing in the forests of these hills. Constructing such buildings under the sake of development will surely disturb and destroy the wildlife. These hills are heart and lungs of the city. PMC should be trying to make these hills more greener instead of destroying them. This roads will cause air, sound pollution. Also will be trouble for many morning walkers who daily go for a routine exercise. Please do think and sign for the sake of Green Pune.
I don't know how did the forest department gave permission to such plans...!!!!
Also many illegal stalls and hawkers have started selling cigarettes, where people actually come to enjoy the nature.
